Filters water like expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product fit perfectly, and it’s a nice touch that it comes in a different color than the standard filter included with the machine. Overall, it didn’t noticeably affect the taste, scent, or clarity of the ice but it didn’t worsen them either. It’s hard to determine whether this filter is more effective than the regular ones, so if there’s a price difference, I’d recommend opting for the the cheepesf option. All in all, it’s a solid, reliable filter that’s comparable to the standard one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After replace, ice comes out very clean and fresh. It makes a difference the nugget ice. Without it ice may have a heavy chlorinated taste. It is very simple to install.

Descaling for longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started using the GE Profile Scale Inhibiting Filter (P4INKSFLTR) and overall, I’ve been pretty happy with it. Installation was easy and straightforward, which I appreciated. It clicked right into place without any hassle.
After using it for a little while, I’ve noticed a reduction in scale buildup and the water seems a bit cleaner. It’s not a dramatic change, but it’s definitely noticeable. I like that it helps protect the appliance long-term, especially for those of us using the water and ice features often.
One star off just because it’s hard to tell exactly how much of a difference it’s making day to day, but I do feel better having it installed. It gives peace of mind and keeps things running smoothly. Would recommend if you’re looking to maintain your appliance over time.
