[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we like the product. One problem we have is to remember to close the right door 1st and then the left. If not done in that order it tends to not close all the way.

After a terrible past decade with a Samsung and getting to know an appliance repair man in the process, he highly suggested we get a Bosch when we get a new refrigerator as he by far does the least amount on repairs on them. We took the plunge (and time will tell the longevity) but just a few days in, we appreciate the ample ice amount for our large family, easy wipe stainless exterior, high-end lighting inside and the soft close freezer! Like any fridge you hear the ice drop into the reservoir, but other than that, it runs much quieter than our old one. Overall we are satisfied customers!

Our new fridge is great (and quiet)!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We completed a kitchen renovation and took the opportunnity to replace our appliances. Along with a new Bosch dishwasher, we also decided to upgrade to a Bosch 500 Series Counter-Depth. This fridge is soooo quiet compared to our previous one, it also looks very modern. We like the lighting inside which is all along the sides and not just on top. The ice-making and dispensing capabilities is also a big plus. So far, we are very happy with our purchase and being a Bosch, we are confident it will serve us well for may years to come!

Beautiful fridge

We just received our Bosch refrigerator a month ago. Everything seems fine but suddenly the ice maker stopped working. Terrible.
