Amazing Fridge

Fridge & Freezer Temp's & Water Dispenser Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review of my Bosch French Door Refrigerator Model B36CD52SNS, with in-door Ice and Water Dispenser, purchased NEW June 3, 2025 and Installed on June 5, 2025. It has Multiple Problems:
• Refrigerator Temperature Varies. It’s set to 38 degrees, but the temperature is often TOO COLD at 23 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees, or 32 degrees.
• Freezer Temperature Varies. It’s set to 0 degrees, but the temperature is often TOO WARM at 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 24 degrees, or 30 degrees.
• Water Dispenser Intermittently Doesn’t Stop, causing water to overflow down the front of the refrigerator and onto the floor.
• Water Dispenser Intermittently Doesn’t Dispense Water.
• Ice Dispenser failed once to Dispense Ice.
I hope that a Service Technician or BOSCH will be able to resolve these problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a great refrigerator, but...

Overall great. Quietest refrigerator I have ever owned.
On the fIrst one we received, the lever you press for water/ice would stick. Ice and water would continue to run.
The one we have now is a replacement.
What is disappointing and I don't like:
1)Doors will not stay in the full open position.
You could probably raise the front way up to force them to stay open, but then it wouldn't be level, and would slam closed then.
2) The lower draw in the refrigerator is full with.
Forces you to open both drawers to use it.
Should be 2 drwaers like the ones above it.
3) Right drawer should have one more tray.
4) The touch screen should be a harder material.
We have scratches from fingernails on the cube ice and water buttons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Condensation

Just received a few days ago. Im not sure why my drawers and food have condensation on them? When delivered, i noticed the right door closes tighter than the other. You can see when looking from the side. I try to make sure to push shut hard. Maybe that is the reason for condensation? Not happy, the previous standard depth 500 series was alot better but also alot bigger. Also, the door alarm doesn't come on right away like the 500. Very nice looking overall

Love our Bosch

Bosch 500 series counter depth refrigerator

We love our new refrigerator especially to easy/auto closing bottom freezer but there are some issues:
1. The two section ice system does tend to drip water on top shelf or bottom of fridge.
2. They could use more lighting at the top since the top shelf isn't lit up very well.
3. The right hand door could use another shelf so we just bought one and it works perfectly.
4. The right hand door also needs to be guided shut every time and then you need to press the left hand door shut too.
