Great overall

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just bought this fridge and so far so good. The finish is lovely and it works great overall, no issues with the counterdepth size, tons of room in both the fridge and the freezer, and the water and ice maker works perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far So Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new counter depth fridge after 10 year old Frigidaire developed too many problems. This new Bosch is amazingly quiet and has met all expectations. Love that the water is chilled and ice maker is very efficient. Plenty of room inside all compartments. The bottom freezer drawer is a soft close and has sliding shelf. The surface is nearly fingerprintless. The fridge doors have lots of space. The only thing that I would like to change is that the doors do not automatically close. You have to make sure they close all the way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good, with occasional ice issue

Having had great performance from Bosch ovens and dishwashers previously, we opted for a Bosch refrigerator for our new home. In general, performance has been good, and we appreciate the layout and features. Our one issue (which recurred just yesterday) is an occasional refusal to make ice. No warning, no sign of trouble until one notices that the tray sounds emptying, and finally a notification in the app that we have an "Empty ice tray." Not helpful at that point. Only solution seems to be removing power for a brief period to totally reboot the fridge. Not the end of the world, but more than a little annoying given that one of the selling points of this fridge was its ice making speed.

Doors?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish that the doors closed with a little more weight behind them. Sometimes I push the door closed and find out, only when I go back to the frig, that the door is not closed. It's not opened enough to have the alarms go off, but it's open. I wish is was a more solid close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Bosch refrigerator is just as nice.
Had one issue already with ice maker but explained to us not to leave on or ice will freeze together. Once bucket is about 3/4 full, turn off until used, or empty into container. Working great since getting advice.

Fabulous Fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had this fridge for about 2 months now. What I have noticed is that it seems to have more room than our previous counterdepth fridge. This is due to the well designed doors that accomodate more items so you don't have to use the fridge cavity. The freezer also seems to hold more stuff. Highly recommended.
