Extraordinary music experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with Samsung audio equipment. After connecting the phone to the HW-800Q through bluetooth and playing FLAC music, I fell in love with it. There is an Apple TV at home that can be connected through HDMI. I play Dolby Atmos movies. Combined with the HW-Q800F ring sound effect, it can play 5.1 channels of Stereo sound, with deep bass and full treble. The sound is really great, very similar to watching it in a cinema. I like this effect very much. If you have Samsung TV, wireless connection soundbars is also very convenient. Even if I use my MacBook and iPhone, I hate it for easy connection, so I will recommend Samsung soundbars equipment to my friends!

Great Audio Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung HW-Q800F soundbar for a few days now, and I have to say—it’s one of the best audio upgrades I’ve made to my home setup. I watch many movies and TV shows, and this soundbar has completely transformed how everything sounds. The clarity of dialogue is excellent, even during action scenes where other systems tend to drown voices out. I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I heard this thing in action.
The Dolby Atmos feature really adds a lot, especially for big movie moments. I don’t have a huge bedroom, but the sound still manages to feel spacious and immersive. I was initially skeptical about the 3.1.2 setup. Still, the up-firing speakers and the Acoustic Beam tech do a great job creating that “surround” effect without needing extra speakers behind me.
The subwoofer is powerful, too—maybe a bit too much at times. I had to dial it down a bit, but once I found the right balance, it added just the right amount of low-end punch without being overwhelming.
The setup was super simple. I connected it to my Samsung TV with HDMI ARC, and they synced up right away. The Q-Symphony feature (which lets the soundbar and TV speakers work together) actually impressed me—it doesn’t sound gimmicky like I feared.
Music playback is surprisingly good, too. I stream a lot through Spotify and AirPlay, and it handles everything from jazz to hip-hop with nice detail and warmth.
If I had to nitpick, I wish the remote was a little more intuitive, but honestly, I mostly control everything through the SmartThings app or my TV remote anyway.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a solid mid-to-high range soundbar that delivers awesome performance without a full surround system's complexity. If you’re into movies, gaming, or just better audio, I’d recommend it.

The Best Keeps Getting Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many Samsung soundbars over the years and I am happy to say this next one does not disappoint. The sound is clear while the bass isn’t over the top. Just the perfect kind of sound my home needs from tv shows to movies, even gaming using the unique Game Mode Pro. I pair this with my S90C and Q-Symphony for the best experience. Previous soundbars did not connect as well or have as many added features. Also thankful to say I have not had any drop-outs or sound lag. Highly recommend this soundbar, especially for a corner stand and if you don’t need the additional surround sound.
The extra features I enjoy most are the Space Fit Sound Pro Plus that instantly adapted to the room’s unique shape, the subwoofer being smaller for easier placement and all the wireless additions that make set-up a breeze like Atmos & Surround Sound.

The Soundbar That Made Us Rewatch Everything

The Dolby Atmos really pulls you in. We tested it with action scenes, live music, and even sitcoms, and every sound felt like it was happening around us. It’s also surprisingly sleek for how much power it packs, and setup was way easier than expected.
We paired it with our Samsung TV, so Q-Symphony kicked in automatically, and WOW—it really does make the TV speakers work together with the soundbar instead of just switching over. That’s a game-changer.

Solid Sound Bar Minus Large Bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung HW-Q800F looks super sleek and will fit in nearly any home that is looking for quality sound. The treble and mids sound fantastic. The bass is a little lackluster, but I love bass. I was hoping for more in that area, but outside of the bass, this sound bar was extremely easy to install and connect to your TV if it's a Samsung TV. The TV is built to sense it and connect automatically which made setup a breeze. The configuration is simple using the Samsung mobile app and very adjustable so that you can boost the bass or boost voices all depending on what you're watching. Prior to the sound bar, we were just using the basic speakers on the TV which are ok at best. The sound bar exerts sounds throughout the living room and definitely makes the viewing experience much better for us. We just moved in to the house and the look that this sound bar provides is clean and exactly what we were looking for to keep everything looking nice and professional.
