[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Samsung HW-Q800F soundbar for my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The sound quality is phenomenal—it fills the entire space with rich, clear audio and creates an immersive experience, especially when watching movies or listening to music. The wireless Dolby Atmos feature is particularly impressive, offering a surround sound effect that makes the room feel alive with every scene or song.
What I love most is how easy it is to set up and connect all my devices. With 1 HDMI In, 1 HDMI Out, HDMI ARC, and HDMI CEC, it seamlessly integrates with my TV and other electronics. The optical input, Bluetooth 5.3, WiFi, and AirPlay provide plenty of options for streaming and connecting, making it super versatile for different media sources. It also comes with wall mounts, which I found easy and convenient to install.
Even though I’m using it in the basement, the soundbar manages to project audio so well that it feels like I’m in a theater. The setup was simple, and the wireless features mean I don’t have to deal with any tangled cables. If you’re looking for a soundbar that combines excellent sound quality with easy connectivity and great features like Dolby Atmos, the HW-Q800F is a fantastic option.

Half the equipment, Twice the sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a system that looked nice. Not something with all these speakers and wires all around. I decided to take a gamble on this unit. There's only three speakers to it. I took down my old sound bar which was a center channel, two rear and a sub. I was skeptical how could this sound better.
I plugged it all in, took me a few minutes to get the sub connected and then set it up for surround sound with room adaptation. Within 30 seconds of watching a action packed movie, you instantly heard the difference. The center bar has front, top and side speakers and really somehow adapts to my bedroom and really makes the sound much more chrisp. My biggest problem is hearing voices on shows or movies without turning up the volume too loud so that when a BOOM or a loud crash happens in the show it doesn't scare the wits out of you. Constantly having to adjust the volume was a pain.
NO MORE!!! This system seems to automatically adjust the speech of the shows and movies so that I can hear it without jacking up the sound and then when something loud happens it fits right in, not overly loud. I can hear voices so much better its amazing.
Mounting and installation was a breeze. It comes with HDMI cables, I wish it had the optical cable in there but I had an extra one so that's how I hooked it up. I find with Samsung TV's and Samsung Soundbars, the tv and soundbar work so much better together using the optical over the HDMI.
The speaker looks cool and I just love this. Not sure I'd even want to look at a 7.1 or 11.1 system in the future this 5.1.2 does the job quite well! A+++

Small but Mighty

The soundbar is long but the subwoofer is compact, small but mighty! Enjoying how the Samsung TV and soundbar speakers work together for detailed clarity with 3D sound with Dolby Atmos. SpaceFit Sound Pro Plus ensures sound settings are automatically optimized and calibrated to match the acoustics of your room. The best part is using one remote and when the Samsung TV is turned on the Samsung soundbar turns on too! The clarity of dialogue is excellent, the Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) Pro increases the sound based on the background noise. It is nice that it is wireless surround sound capable, even though we did not set it up that way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My son watched a concert, turned up the bass, and it was almost like being there without the crowd. I'm loving the surround sound compatibility. The Q symphony, how did I live without it before? I'm looking forward to spending many hours taking advantage of the Game Mode Pro. This is a great product.

Great soundbar with WiFi setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soundbar and Subwoofer have great amplified sound that transports your living room into a movie theater. The only downside was that while setting up the subwoofer and soundbar by the HDMI-Arc is that the subwoofer sound would not work no matter what I did. The subwoofer was connected and showed the solid blue light, although no sound came from it. The only way I was able to get the subwoofer audio to play was through the WiFi connection. After having it setup I have no complaints, the sound is amazing and really adds to the OLED to give it the full experience. The Q-Symphony is a nice alternative to the standard sound with the soundbar and subwoofer although I believe the sound is clearer and louder with the standard sound.

Brought my gaming to life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, I have been using the Samsung HW Q800F for a few weeks now and honestly, it is awesome. The sound is super clear and the subwoofer hits hard without being too much. Movies and shows sound way more immersive now. With Dolby Atmos on, it really feels like the sound fills the room. I did not think a soundbar could make this big of a difference, but it seriously does.
What caught me off guard the most was how much better games sound on my Nintendo Switch. I was not expecting a huge upgrade there, but it has been night and day. Even simple games feel way more alive. I also love how much you can fine tune everything, from the bass to the voice clarity. It synced up with my Samsung TV with no hassle and everything just works. If you are thinking about upgrading your setup, this is definitely worth it.
