Welcomed addition to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving our new addition to our kitchen. It has a very modern and sleek design. The look and design is such an upgrade to our kitchen. It really has helped modernize the looks of our kitchen and definitely helps with the re-sale value of our home. I love the wi-fi options with safety reminders when you are away from the stove that the oven door is open or the stovetop has been left on. I am also able to set the timer from the app on the phone.
There are two large burners towards the front and two small in the back. This has been such an added feature for us since before we only had one large burner. This feature has made making dinner so much faster. The stovetop and oven are easy to use, things heat up very fast on the stovetop but I will say the oven is comparable to our previous oven. It works very well but had thought it would run a lot hotter than our other oven (this is not a bad thing, just something we noticed.)
The oven and stovetop are easy to clean and I am thankful to switch over from drip pans to a glass top stove. It makes cleaning much easier. I am also very excited to have a self-cleaning oven which helps so much with getting the oven clean on a regular basis. There is a drawer below the oven for added storage which is a much needed feature. I think the only complaint that I have is the controls of stove and oven could be a little more durable.
We are happy with our Samsung purchase and so glad we made this decision.

Smart and sleek

As a mom of a 3 year old and newborn baby, the ability to preheat the oven from my phone is amazing. I don't have to worry about dinner being late because I was too busy with my boys, I can start the oven while giving them a bath! The stove top is so esthetically pleasing and easy to wipe down, no more scrubbing drip pans and burners. I love the easy to read display and how spacious the oven is. Bonus that it has 3 different self clean modes of 2, 3 or 5 hours. Depending on need/ time limit, I can still run it through a cycle! There's also a bread proof setting! Can't wait to bake and cook for many years to come with this beautiful range!

My new Samsung Range is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just an amazing beautiful addition to my kitchen! It is sleek and modern looking and makes the rest of my kitchen look like it needs improvements which isn’t a bad thing. It definitely is pushing to start getting quotes from people for cabinets and some wall painting. Seriously, I’m just blown away at how awesome and expensive looking my new stove looks especially in comparison to my old one. I dreaded cooking on my old stove. It was so ugly and ancient.
Aside from that, my burners were crooked and only the front burner was the best to cook on. This Samsung electric range stove has two large burners in front with 2 smaller ones in back. It has an added small warming burner in the middle back. The front burners are definitely the most commonly used to suit my pan sizes since the majority of the time I’m cooking for the whole family- all 5 of us. Oh and let me add that the burners have dual settings to accommodate the different size pans that one might have. I mostly use the larger high heat setting to get things started quicker.
It is so easy to use. It heats up quickly in my opinion. My old stove would take forever for the burners to finally have enough heat to start cooking. There is a child lock that locks the touch screen which is a huge plus in case my 4yr old daughter decides one day to be curious. Another safety feature is the “hot warning” on the stove top right in between the front burners. It is a good reminder for myself and my partner to be careful when handling the stovetop.
Now as far as the app capabilities, this is one great perk to have with this stove. You download the smart things app, then can control the stove through connecting the stove to the Wifi. This app allows you to pre-heat while you're away. This can be a huge perk if you are away from home and need to preheat the oven in time for preparing to put in a turkey, a pizza, and even when baking cakes. It also helps me set timers for the items put in to bake or cook in the oven. I can’t wait for Thanksgiving for when I put in our baked ham and turkey. The oven is large and can fit multiple cakes or multiple baked dishes.
The only dilemma that I came across was how to clean the stovetop. I didn’t want to damage it so I went online to look for the manual to see if it stated anything regarding cleaning advice. Thankfully, it did and I can actually save my stove from any permanent damage by buying the correct cleaning product and right type of washcloth.

Excellent cooking, baking & WIFI technology

heating is fast & eve on stove and bakes in oven. timer for oven turned off once it was done . fan comes on automatically. separate manual for wifi set up and user manual. broil can be set on low or high. it has a keep warm drawer.
bread proofing is another great feature.

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of this is just stunning black and silver very nice design. The top of it is so sleek the wi-fi is easy to set up being able to open the app on my phone click the button and see what is going on turn the light on and off see how long the cooking process is now this is amazing. The oven is nice and huge and the self-clean feature is a must-have and it's simple to use. The warming burner is so nice being able to keep the food warm while not overcooking it is nice to have. I'm able to switch from large burner to a small burner and it also shows on the dial on the range which one is which so you won't be confused. The way it boils water so quickly is another feature I also notice on high it seems to cook better without burning the food. I'm loving this range it is an overall awesome range. The lock feature is nice to have to be able to lock it while I'm cooking is a great safety feature. I can't wait to use the oven at thanksgiving I'll be able to save time cause it's huge on the app it says thermal cooking for the oven I just click it and the oven starts right up with no problem. The glass on the oven door is very clear. Love the fact it lets you know by beeping that the oven is up to temperature this is extremely a new style range. It is a great buy. I can't wait to see what else they come up with I love Samsung and how they're always up to date with the newest technology. I haven't found anything that I dislike about it.

Nice looking and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so beautiful and does everything I need. It fits nicely against the wall and in between my countertops. Slid in like a dream. The stovetop is a breeze to clean and has my kitchen looking less crowded with the appearance of more room. The capacity is great and fits multiple items which makes it easy when I'm baking batches of cookies. Baking had been a dream and the multi sized elements have been extremely helpful. The warming center is something I've never had before and am really excited about using it. The steam clean feature I have never heard of so I'm looking forward to trying it out. The usual self cleaning system is always so smelly and makes the kitchen extremely hot. I am so happy with this range and I'm glad I bought it. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little beauty came at the right time when our old range elements were going out. It was so easy to set with the Smart Things app and connect it to WiFi. Which I absolutely love because when I am cooking in or on it, it notifies my phone when preheating or cooking is done. The oven and stove are super easy to control and the front control is just so pretty to look at and work with. The timer is not annoying either it has a nice sound from it. I am so happy that it is 5 burners (I have always wanted that) and the inside of the oven itself is so huge. No element on the bottom to worry about - that was amazing. Thank you to Samsung for creating a smaller drawer at the bottom to give the oven more space. I really appreciate that. Don't really need a drawer if it gives me more oven space. The oven cooks so evenly now I never thought I would have an oven that would do that. As for all the other features I can't wait to try them out. Looking forward to years of cooking on/in this beautiful Samsung Range.

I received 3 manuals : User manual Smart Things app manual & Installation manual.
WIFI information is in a separate manual which says Smart Things app which is app that is used with this range oven. It does state it is incompatible with some tablets & phone devices. It has instructions to set up app which is easy & once it is complete device appears as a card in my devices screen. This is a great feature to check on your oven.
User manual gives a lot of good information about safety usage, how to use, features, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Installation manual was a manual I didn't really need look at since it was installed by others.
All 3 manuals are very easy to read with larger size print, easy to understand & well written manuals. Last page Inside manual has contact information with phone number & website. It is not on front or back cover as I found it inside manual.
When using it I noticed how much larger the oven size is and bottom drawer is a keep warm drawer which can be used for rolls, casseroles, etc. when baking other items & cooking on stove can keep any items warm in keep warm drawer below.
This drawer is not as large as my last oven which I used as a storage drawer with baking pans. If you are limited on space since oven is larger would suggest using oven to store.
The bottom drawer is not really intended for storage & can be difficult to slide.
Stove really heats up fast & you can see the bright red color when on & heating.
The black & stainless steel combination is easy to clean & looks clean compared to white oven I had this is really an upgrade. It does not show smudge fingerprints.
I was very impressed that when I set oven to bake it displayed 177 degrees very fast heat.
When it is done baking in oven I heard a little bell noise followed with a different one when done & it turned itself off ! Great !
It is easy to use when setting both bake time & timer . There is a delay start feature which is another new thing I didn't have on older oven.
Broil has lo/high & can proof bread. Proofing it in oven is a big plus so it is not sitting on counter with humidity.
It has a self clean which I have seen on other ovens & has a steam clean which is a great added feature.
When baking the fan automatically comes on so it vents heat.
I made some grilled cheese which cooked evenly & browned.
