Where are instructions on how to use the oven. It was advertised as having an air fryer built in but there are no instructions on how to use anything.

This range doesn't have an air fryer. But we can help you use the oven. Please see the "Operating the oven" section on pages 28 - 39 of the user's manual. Read and follow the steps.

Our previous owner bought this. In the last two years, we had to replace the front door panel twice because the oven glass is so fragile. It just keeps cracking. Front panel replacement cost is pretty hefty. A very poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never buy an Samsung Range again.

We had this oven installed in January 2021. It has ALWAYS had problems. Would NEVER buy again. The oven doesn't heat properly. We're having all sort of issues with food getting burned or under cooked or not cooking anywhere near the projected recipe time. We have followed Samsung's ridiculous "calibration" recommendations and they have not helped. We recently used a Thermo Works digital monitor (this is a highly accurate tool) to check the temp and discovered that when set at 350 the oven temp swings in the would go above 425 then all the way down to about 290. basically rendering the oven useless unless you stand over it constantly.
Part 2: the stove top. when it gets hot it stays HOT for a long time.and it will even boil water at setting 2. scorching food. making any type of sautéing or other subtle cooking on the oven top virtually impossible unless you constantly monitor it and even then recipes that we have done many times over get ruined
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
