Temperature not holding while cooking

i set temperature to 350 then i put food in the temperature go down to 300 sometimes more and it take like 20 minutes temperature it go up after that i press the temperature it go down to 250 to preheat again!!!
it happen since i bought but when i contact and asked service they said it’s normal!!!
and today have the service come to look and he saw my problem then he said he can change the temperature sensor but it's 50 : 50,it might work or it might not, your service didn’t have skill and experience at all with the product! cannot fixed or answer anything then when he try to do something he used the phone and facetime all the time. i requested for the service
i would like to return but i can not now !!! so bad product

Dont buy!

range was delivered yesterday and i am readyt o return it! it will not connect to wifi then the touch buttons stopped working. looked at reviews and saw others complain and samsung advised to shut the breaker off so thats what i did. touch pad worked again. still unable to connect to wifi then the touch pads stopped working again! this is ridiculous for a brand new range!

Love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in Sept 2020. Once it arrived, I loved the look of it in my kitchen. Love the oven.
One thing I do not like is the control panel on the front. It is so sensitive just brushing up against it with the hem of your shirt activates a button. To clean it you have to lock the screen. If too many buttons accidentally get pushed you have to reset the breaker to reset the stove.
If I had known this I would have picked another model. However I do love the slide in range style.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

touch screen freezes up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to reset the breaker because the touchscreen on the stoves completely locked up. That was within 2 months of delivery and it seems to be working fine for now. I'm not sure if it will lock up in the future.

terrible oven. not at all what i expected/was promised. the broiler feature is a complete nightmare. i definitely won't be getting any more samsung products.

I love the name, but sorry to hear this about the oven. What exactly is giving you a hard time with the broiler? Just in case, I have the directions on how to use the broil feature down below. Thanks for the review! ^Pat
1. Press Bake. The default temperature is 350 °F.
2. Press or to select the desired temperature.
3. Press START/SET. The temperature display will start to change once the oven
temperature reaches 175 °F.
4. If you want to cancel baking or if you have finished, press OFF/CLEAR.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen was being renovated so I had to wait to have it installed. Since we have been using this range, it has been great. Although it has been a small learning curve with the temperature on the cooktop, it does heat quickly and the oven is excellent. My only complaint is that, as a short person, is is easy to turn on some features is you brush across the front panel when accessing the microwave above the range. We may have to see if using the lock feature is feasible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in December (2 months ago) with other major appliances to update an older kitchen. I find the range to be essentially excellent with a few quirks that required me to learn to observe some things that are new to me. Brushing against the controls had turned some of the heating elements on when it was unexpected, the wireless connection and software are not as advances as I would like. The surface requires more frequent cleaning and effort. That all said, I am quite pleased with the function and speed of the cook top. Still waiting to use the oven but I anticipate a positive experience
