Looks great and does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great in my new kitchen. Heats up quickly. I learned very quickly that the bottom of the pans have to be super clean or the stovetop gets messed up. I transitioned from gas and never realized there was build up on the bottom of my pans.

Great Electric Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this electric range a couple of months ago and I am satisfied with the product. It is great, it heats up really quick. I would give this 5 stars but once in a while the touchscreen gets non responsive but gets fixed once I turn it off and on again. Only happened to me twice in a 6 month period. Overall I am happy that I purchased it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. If you put your food in before the preheat is complete it will be broiled.
2. The sounds from the oven are very hard to hear especially if you have other things going on in the background.

Loved this range, until it stopped working

really loved this range, but after 1.5yrs of purchasing it, the door locked up and the touch panel stopped working during an over self clean. i turned off the breaker (not tripped) and turned it back on minutes later, which is what they suggested to do and it did not fix anything.
i talked to support and they handed me off to a local authorized service provider. called to provider and they told me it would be $90 just to come look at it, another $90 if they have to come back with a part, and then $120 an hour after that. absolute junk.
warranty? apparently does not exist?
very upset :(
so if you ever plan to use the self cleaning option on your range.. do not buy this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
