we have had this oven working for about a week..in that time, it has locked us out 3 times to where the touch panel is not responding to anything. there is no icon to say what is happening. samsung support just says reset your breaker. this is a real pain to have to go outside in the raining freezing weather to flip the breaker. we also had to install child protection on the knobs because they accidently come on while preparing food. another problem. i really want to know why the panel becomes unresponsive to touch. i can turn it on with the ap but not at the oven front. why?

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If the unit is unresponsive, you can try resetting the range by turning off the circuit breaker to the range for a few minutes. Looks nice but some Cons

this is a replacement for a stand alone range (another samsung....the glass top cracked after 6 years). the delivery went smoothly without fanfare.
pros:
looks great
looks great
fits right in the opening
control panel lockout
cons:
the control knob is plastic (the previous samsung range that i had was metal knobs)

no fast boil on the range
control panel is easily activated (i was cleaning the cooktop and i kept activating the panel just by lightly brushing against it)
this is my initial impression so far. btw, when the control panel lock is activated, the oven door was also locked by an electronic lock. this could be a potential weak point, keep that in mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Depth was great for our space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so many ranges are 29" deep, which wouldn't work in my kitchen. this range is less than 27" deep and fits nicely in the space.
the air fryer works great and i like the warmer on the stovetop, too.

Beautiful and excellent value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks great in black stainless, works great. replaced a freestanding range so i was unsure how it would look with existing backsplash that has a cutout for the freestanding range. the back wall, is fully painted so it looks fine, but i do want to add the samsung matching back panel or backsplash. note that i did receive compensation for writing this review but the review content is my own.

best rage i have ever owned

we received this range on the 28 of december and have been using it for almost 3 weeks. everything works perfectly. we love having the wifi feature to be able to use the smart things app with it. i especially like how it tells the oven's current internal temperature as it is preheating and while it is in use.

Glass cooktop is hard for maintenance

the range works ok, the panel stopped working after 2 months however customer service help solved the issue.
no matter how i clean, the class cooktop always have residues along the heating rings and not easy to clean at all.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our oven a couple of days ago. The oven looks really nice and seems to operate well. The range works great. I love the control of inner or full burner and the 5th one for warming. We have not had a chance to use the oven portion yet but are buying a turkey and trying it out in the next few days.
