This Stove Is Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is amazing it has made me love cooking again! My old stove took forever for the burners to heat up, this new stove heats up in no time! I can cook a whole meal on the stovetop in half the time my old stove took. And the oven is amazing! No more burned on the edges pizzas with raw middles! Now frozen pizza cooks evenly and turns out crispy and delicious all the way through. I love the Wi-Fi and how I can pair my stove with my Alexa. I use the Wi-Fi to help me preheat the oven and set timers for how long I need to cook my food. The 5 burners are amazing I can cook an entire meal on the stovetop all at once. My old stove didn't do half of what this stove can do. And I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel it stays looking clean all the time. I couldn't be happier with this stove! I've posted my online review on Samsung and it was approved but I do not know where I'm supposed to submit it on the Insiders page. My Username on Samsung is ErinS79 and the title to the review is Huge Upgrade From My Old Stove. I keep getting emails from Insiders that I haven't done my review. Can someone tell me where to submit my proof that I've done the review on Samsung?

Control board locks out on its own

I bought this stove a few weeks ago & we already have to set up a service call for faulty control board, here is one of the error messages its showing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had my Samsung Front Control Slide-in Electric Range with Wi-Fi installed. Right off the truck, it was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at how classy and sleek it was. It fit like a glove and I was off to read the instruction booklet. The booklet itself is quite brief. Even with the added features of Wi-Fi and a touch screen, it really isn't much different than a much more primitive stove in terms of setting the clock and figuring out the buttons. I did a few test runs to make sure everything was in working order, and admittedly after I got the clock up and running (somehow the hardest thing for me to figure out) it was a breeze. The dials are designed as what I would describe as more of a gas rather than an electric range. Meaning, they spin both forwards and backward so you can start it high and work your way down and vice versa. It's an induction top and I happened to own an induction top before so my pots and pans are all designed for this feature. I also took this opportunity to run a test to see how long it took to get to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. I set the stopwatch on my phone and clocked a time of 7.25 minutes. That's great as I googled to see the average and it was 15 minutes. The burners took a bit of time to heat up. It seemed longer than I was used to, but this was its first go and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I find using the dial on high works better than medium-high to actually achieve a medium-high burn. For instance, cooking a burger worked great on high. The oven cooks amazingly. The only (and I hate to say it) the bad thing is how quiet the timer is when it goes off. I was sitting in the very next room with little to no noise and it was almost impossible to hear. This never got better even after learning that noise as the specific tone to listen for. I really wish I could adjust that. It makes me nervous about missing it and burning food. The touch screen, while very sensitive has its quirks as well. The warming station is quite easy to accidentally turn on but also easy to turn off. Overall, this is a great range. I love the fact it has a built-in fan. I also like that it is so sleek but this unit will show every spill, every fingerprint, every smudge, every salt flake, etc... Also, cleaning the touchscreen allows for a lot of accidental touches however can be locked to help prevent. Wi-Fi is a snap. I have set the oven to turn on and had zero issues. Overall, wonderful.

Love This Range!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a mom of 5 the oven gets alot of use in our house and there's little time to spare. The Samsung smart oven has been fantastic. Easy to clean surface mean no more digging out lost noodles from below and always a quick cleanup after meal prep. Warming zone is a must have for any stove. The ability to use front burners for large and small cookware is an added bonus. Smart connected features let me preheat even before I get home and also know when it's ready to use. Huge time saver. Well utilized oven space leaving room for taller dishes. Simple self clean function. With having a toddler I love love love the lock feature.
Love the look with it's clean modern design with no back panel sticking up. Everything is up front so you're not reaching across hot pans or burners to make adjustments. All around a great buy.

So Far So Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far we are enjoying our range. i am not used to an electric stove but the transition is smooth. i like the medium and large options. also the warming section. so far the oven is excellent. i like that the fan comes on automatically. i'm looking forward to controlling it with my phone and voice! the only downside is that i have stains from the pots and after using the cleaner for this type of stove, i can still see the marks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and I am in love with it. Everything about it is great! I love the design and the ease of being able to set it from my phone if I need to. I would definately recommend this range. The only thing I can complain about is the digital screen when it comes to trying to wipe clean every button gets pushed so you have to make sure you turn anything off that got turned on while wiping.
