very good but needs a little improvement

This is a really good lock, easy to connect to the internet, my previous lock took 2 days and many different techs from Samsung to figure out why it wouldn't function, this lock was a breeze. I do have 2 complaints, 1-this lock is on my short term rental where the front door is not in shade from noon to 3:00, if it is particularly sunny it is very difficult to see where the number are to enter code, and 2- every time I connect to it on the app the lock beeps which is which is bothersome for guests, one guest called to say she thought some one was outside trying to get in which is how I realized it did this

We bought 7 of these to put around our home and shop areas
They are awesome
with the controls on WiFi and the data logs to see who opened what door and when is amazing
Can’t say enough good about these locks
I will tell all my friends and family about how great they are

This is a great smart lock, and great value. It's too bad there is a limit of 15 registered users, but other than that - excellent.

It came in our house when we bought it, but the changeover was quick and the safety and security is great. The the fingerprint reader is great in not having to pull out keys!

I am so happy I found this lock. I had to replace a standard deadbolt and found this instead. Now I no longer need to bring keys on the dog walk or when going out where someone else is driving. The keypad number switches make it much less likely someone can guess the code! Love that feature! The app works great as well and knowing I can send a code to someone when needed gives me peace of mind. Also ut was very easy to install.
