Great lock! Fingerprint sensor works great!

Purchased the lock a month ago, install was easy, works great, app is easy to use too. Actually using this lock for a commercial application (office entry door). Seems very secure -- quality construction.

The ability to use a fingerprint to unlock the door is what I like the most. Secondly the automatic locking feature is great. I no longer have to be concerned if the door is left unlocked when I leave. However, it would be nice if the automatic locking feature could be disabled. It offers many features I have not taken advantage of yet, such as a temporary access code. I had a locksmith install it although after watching the locksmith do the install, I would probably install the next one myself. Overall I am very happy with this lock.and would not hesitate recommending it to a friend.

Installing was a beeeze. Everything well laid out and marked. I bought it and installed for my girlfriend for a late Christmas present. I liked it so much i am buying one for my place. If lockly could add a camera like Ring, you could capture the world. My only suggestion is change the autolock default to OFF or provide a way to manually disable. We wern't aware it would set and went out to dinner before install was complete. We locked ourself out. Fortunately we had another way in.

I now have 3 of these locks for my house. The products work very well. The only thing I wish they could do is have them all keyed to the same key. I also wish that through the app I could assign users to each lock vs. having to reprogram each lock. I will say though that LOCKLY has the best customer service I have ever received. David was incredibly helpful and courteous, absolute joy to work with!

I installed this product about a week ago. Setup was very straight forward and simple. The only gripe I have is the internal power cable is slightly too bulky/long. If it was shorted just slightly it would make getting it in place and against the plate a snap. Other than that it's great, the design is nice and speak, not bulky. Very feature rich app and I have not had a problem with it or the lock yet. The finger print and ability to have individual codes for people is very nice.

We have been very satisfied with our lockly installation. In our commercial setting we have installed 7 locks both in exterior and interior settings. We own a mixed use building with retail, coworking and Airbnb business so many use cases were presented and all addressed. Our only challenge has been the locka installed on the retail doors. We can not get the auto lock feature to remain disabled. This has been a significant problem.
