Great lock

Absolutely love this lock!!! It works well with my Alexa and it’s super convenient to only use the finger print instead of using your key. Also I love how the app tells you if the door is locked or unlocked...for those says when you can’t remember!

In the beginning, I had some trouble with the install because I was to excited and rushing to get it up. I had to reread the directions several time before it was installed correctly it was me. The lock works great and that finger print reader is super to have. I brought this lock due to my kids losing or leaving their let's somewhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Product - Even Better Customer Service!

My wife and I initially bought our lock 2-3 years ago (albeit a slightly older model). It worked great! My wife loved being able to unlock the door from the car from her app so our 2 young kids could go barging in ahead of us and I really liked being able to have a fingerprint to lock the door on my way out. The electronic part never faltered, but the inside deadbolt started to catch a little in the door (probably from 2 young kids being rough so much) and we needed to get it replaced.
When I called customer service to see what my options were, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could talk a real person (not those endless voice activated, robotic messages with forever hold times). I quickly talked to someone who was beyond courteous and worked to do everything she could to help me out to ensure we were satisfied. We are super excited to have our door lock working again like a charm. It's one of our favorite conveniences, one that we can't live without!

Great Design and Impressive Technology!!

The Lockly Latch that I have purchased has been a great experience. It was very easy to install, and their App helped to walk me through all of the steps. I was able to setup my code, fingerprint an my Alexa voice control in about 30 mins. I seriously thought it was going to take way longer. This girl feels like an electrician now!!
One of the things that makes this thing truly amazing is that I can assign codes for my family and my nanny. That way I can see who is coming and going on the Lockly app, and gives me peace of mind when I am out and about.

I really love the design and functionality of this lock. It was easy to install and set up on the app. My favorite feature is the fingerprint reader. It makes getting in and out very quick and simple for me and my family.

This lock is amazing! I love all the features that it comes with especially how the keypad really prevents someone from guessing my code. I feel more secure knowing that I control who is granted access to my home. Lockly is a wonderful investment that I have made to ensure the safety and security of my family and friends. Thank you!

Not sure why anyone would have trouble installing as it is rather simple even for a novice like me. I use fingerprint to unlock 99% of the time and it works great so far if my fingers are clean.
My only minor complaint is that it's too easy to accidentally switch on the privacy or do not disturb switch. Was really confusing when the screen would just flash the ok sign and not activate.
