Life saver!

I bought this lock after having locked myself out. We had moved to a new state so, there was no one with a spare key. This lock is amazing, I never have to worry about being locked out or losing my keys. I also love that it times out and locks itself. I bought another for my mother, who only locks herself out of her house at the most inopportune moments. I will never NOT have a LOCKLY lock again!

Looks great, works well but...

Bought a Venetian Bronze lock that came with nickel deadbolt plate and deadbolt reciever plate. Why would you send silver hardware to go with a bronze fixture?
Auto lock feature is a great idea, but it it also locks when the door is open. I'm proabably not the only oerson who has almost (or did) shut the door with the deabolt extended. Add a sensor like an accelerometer with a directional swing count or a magnetic sensor (like a door position switch) in the deadbolt plate & reciever maybe??
Not very ecstatic about the bluetooth only but I understand from a security/proximity/non-connected stance. How about a Yubikey fido2/u2f auth wifi connection?

Update - Finger print sensor + support

An update / First of all, I want to thank Genevieve for her excellence in customer care.
The finger print sensor of the lock seems to be functioning inconsistently.
Other than the finger sensor unlocking; all the other functions work seamlessly.
Genevieve provided a step by step instruction to trouble shoot the issue.
The instructions were clear. Unfortunately, it did not work in this particular case.
A video was created to demonstrate the workings of the issues.
To make a long story short, Genevieve resolved the annoyance.
Overall, we love the lock for the quality, ease of use and its capabilities.

Easy installation!

I bought the LOCKLY Secure Plus a couple of months ago and am thoroughly impressed with its operation and especially the simplicity of installation. Took me less than an hour to complete the installation and programming. The fingerprint access is awesome and my 7 year old has no trouble gaining access through the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Who needs to carry an actual key when you can just use your fingertip to lock/unlock your house door. This lock is reliable and safe. I used to sometimes forget to lock my door after a long day of work. This smart lock will automatically lock the door for you in case you forget. Great product.

I just installed my lock and am impressed by the different methods of unlocking the door. Perfect for my little ones to come in and also perfect that we have a key as a backup.

Bought the lock about 2 years ago. Had a fingerprint issue. Reached out to LOCKLY and they immediately replaced the item and did everything they could to help me. Absolutely wonderful service and will stay loyal to their products!!
