Instructions aren’t clear on how to set up lock if it is already Bluetooth enabled. The kit comes with instructions if not blue tooth enabled. When you go to the app to get directions they are unclear. I didn’t set up the bridge yet so can’t speak to that part.

Huge Upgrade w/ Added Peace of Mind!

Our office has used a regular lock and key system forever. However, we finally decided to upgrade and we couldn't be more thrilled. Can finally stop worrying about the hassle of handing out keys, collecting them when employees leave, or having to rush down to the office when a vendor or client comes by after-hours. We paired this item with the Secure Link WiFi Hub so that we could have remote access. I also really like getting notifications when the door is opened and can check who opened it. It really gives peace of mind that the office is secure at all hours of the day. Thank you!

Easy to install and works as expected

We installed this Lockly deadbolt on several of our rental units. The installation was very straightforward and so far everything has been working as expected over the past 6 weeks.
It will take a few tries to get used to the various access options, especially if you have contractors, cleaning crews, etc that need to access. I suggest testing out there various access options before you set up the final access. My first couple of attempts were unsuccessful and I had to drive to the rental units to let contractors in. However, once I figured it out it was super straightforward.

Unlike other digital locks I've seen, the Lockly adds modern day technology and functionally. I use 3 out of the four ways to unlock it, and no problems yet. The app is user friendly and straightforward once you learn it and work with it a few times.
