Great smart lock with great features

I bought this smart lock a couple of months ago and I’m loving it. The lock is solid and easy to use. The installation process is simple to follow. On top of that, there is a great customer care ready ti assist in case one run into a problem. Now, I have a smart lock that I can control from anywhere. For people considering to buy smart lock, I would recommend this product strongly.

I TRIED DIFFERENT BTANDS AND SO FAR THIS ONE IS THE BEST, DOES NOT HAVE DELAYS WHEN OPENING REMOTELY.

Love my Lockly Deadbolts

I have had them for about 5 months now, still on the original batteries with over 40% left on the main door of my home. I also use them on my shop and rental property, super convenient for letting contractor, guests and family in and out remotely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought two of locks as far, so easy to set up and user friendly.
Had a issue with second one, support team quickly replaced it with the new one.

Great Lock with 1 Major Flaw

This is the type of Lock I've always wanted. It has so many options on how to open: Key, Code, Fingerprint, Phone. It was easy to install and works flawlessly.
The Biggest Problem is that the App can say that the Door is "Locked" but the Door Can be Wide Open. I've requested that there be an option in the app to let you know when the door is open between a certain time or a notification if the doors been open for more than X amount of minutes. While I would recommend this to friend I would let them know about this huge flaw.
Quality is Great.
Value is Pricey, but it compared to others it may be within your budget.
Performance is good at the keypad, but the phone app can be buggy sometimes.
Design of the Lock is Great, but the App needs to be fixed with the notes I've left above.

Our Secure Plus model does not have this ability currently, but you can purchase the Secure Wifi Hub (which comes with a wired door sensor that communicates with the Lockly app whether the door is open or closed) to be able to disables the auto-lock timer when the lock is in open status. You can also purchase our Secure pro model that comes with the WIFI hub and door sensor, bundled together to save you money. Love this smart lock with fingerprint ability. The randomness of the lock code makes it hard for anyone overlooking to identify patterns to decipher the keycde. Look is also very stylish and sleek. Definitely worth recommending.
