Excellent Lock, great look high quality

I love everything about this lock including the ability to issue remote keys offline! Except one thing I like the concept of the numbers moving around but wish after each click the numbers reorganized or that there were 10 individual floating numbers instead of 4 groups of 3

I purchased this lock set a while back and just got around to putting it on and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. Jean L Bañez got to the bottom of it all in a short amount of time. Very nice to work with, I give her an A++++ for her customer service/support. You don't find workers like Jean everyday and that's why I wanted to pass this on. Thank you for having stellar customer support.

Functioning Properly So Far

Installation was not intuitive. The door plate covered the existing hole; however, the deadbolt did not align with the existing hole. As a result, we had to do extensive sanding and grinding to make the Lockly deadbolt function in the door’s hole. That additional work was not expected and it was difficult to perform.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well Built Lock w Great Installation Instructions

The installation instructions ( both written and online video ) couldn’t have been any better. I was very impressed. The lock construction and packaging and written instructions had that Apple computer company like quality. My only complaint is with the difficulty that one might have with sharing access codes and lock/unlock functions with other users. Several people including myself went down several “rabbit holes” trying to share the unlock codes with others. They have several tutorial sections that I feel are incomplete. Some of their terminology like “ebadge” or “Offline Access Code” can be confusing and require better explanations. They could also expand their Q&A section. Otherwise, I would have given Lockly 5 stars.

I own four recovery houses and have these on every single house. The fingerprint reader makes these a no-brainer. If your doors are used a lot and you're always wanting them locked, by these products.
