Best lock ever!

Previously had a kwikset automatic lock and had issues off the top. This lock was very easy to install using YouTube videos lol. The app notifications gives us piece of mind knowing our doors are secure and we no longer worry about our teenager being able to get into the house when we aren’t home. Best smart lock out there!

The lock itself is great; however it will not hold up well in a hot and humid climate like Florida in a home or condo environment if the temp is really cold inside (70 or less) and hot/humid outside (>90 w/high humidity). The outside elements transfers through the bore hole which causes high condensation within the inside portion of the lock which will ultimately render the lock useless because the inside is shorted via condensation. I have had to replace 3 locks at the same location. I ended up installing one lock at home where the inside temp is 74 year round, and never had issues. A fix, which I have passed onto Lockly, was to provide two donut insulators for each side of the hole. So far it has insulated the inside from outside and no more issues. Overall, I highly recommend this lock, and hope the company considers my recommendation. It is very easy to administer remotely.

We recently bought this for our condo. We wanted a smart lock but also one that had a manual key option in case of power outages. This lock is great. We especially love the fingerprint unlocking and the auto locking after the door shuts.
It was fairly easy to install. There are 2 apps and the one in the manual is the old one. So when you get it just download the newer app from the App Store. Other than that this was a great buy!
