I absolutely love my Lockly smart door lock! it has not only enhanced the security of my home but also added a touch of convenience to my daily life. Setting up the unique access codes for family and friends is a breeze. In addition to the access codes the biometric access feature is fantastic! it adds an extra layer of security. I appreciate the quick and accurate fingerprint recognition, making it incredibly easy for me and my family to access our home. The sleek design is a bones, and I couldn't be happier with this smart home addition.

Had this installed about 2 weeks ago and has worked well. The one complaint is that the instructions are a bit vague on the app but able to ultimately get it set up.

Customer service is great. Please read manual and please know the details of safety mode. The lock was put into safety mode after 3 attempts but our renter but customer service was able to help her get inside the building.
