I had purchased this lock last year and we had a small issue with the unit and the company replaced it immediately. This product works great and if you are away from your home and need to let people in and out of your home there's no better product.

I operate a addiction recovery home and this thing has seen a ton of use over the last 2 years. It gets used about 30 or more times a day and it has worked without any major issues. My one issue would be the fingerprint reader was difficult to use in the beginning. In saying that Lockly has pushed updates to resolve the issue. Their customer support is beyond excellent and very knowledgeable. I would purchase more of these in the future if the situation arises that I need them, as it looks these will be lasting for years to come!

So I have the vision it's awesome does still need work on the mic for talking thru not the clearest but still a nice overall product. It would be nice if they had one for a bedroom as well

We purchased two of the Secure Plus. Installation and set up were fairly easy. My husband installed both within 40 minutes. He did opt to drill holes instead of using the stick tape. The app is very user friendly. We have not used the feature to give different codes to guest or our teens. Installing fingerprints was a breeze. The fingerprint option to unlock the door is THE ABSOLUTE BEST FEATURE. We love not having to carry keys. We also love being able to use the app to make sure the doors are locked- especially when we are already in bed and don’t want to go downstairs to check. The batteries tend to drain quickly but they are easy to replace. My only true complaint is that the door automatically locks before we have a chance to close the door. I haven’t figured out how to fix this yet but I’m sure there is a way.
