Beautiful lock and handle

After my previous LOCKLY had trouble locking, the support team was consistent in following up for assistance. I received this LOCKLY and it was so smooth to install, and the updated version with the rubber backing protects my door from scratches. It connects very easily to the app.

This lock is so good. Setting up is a breeze and works great. We are using the fingerprint access with confidence and no issues and I have already had to give out an access code for a trusted contractor to gain entry so that I did not have to organise someone to be there.to unlock the door. The only downside is that I wish that I didn't have to buy the wifi link to access the lock remotely and that the door handle did not stick out so far as we can't close the security screen door now. Definitely recommend this lock to anyone.

Simply the best

I own many rental units. It is handy for me to provide tenants with a lock that does not require a key. The fact that I am able to provide access with a fingerprint and or code is really appreciated by the tenants who don’t have to carry around keys. The fact that the code is random in input makes people feel secure. But truthfully the fingerprint is what most people use all the time and they think it’s just fantastic. I recommended this product to 4 different people and four different people heave bought a total of eight locks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this smart lock for our family's short term rental property. The App allows me to change codes between rentals and unlock door remotely if a renter locks themselves out.

First off, 5 Stars. I have 4 lockly locks. All the same model, two different physical colors/finishes. This means that I have some ability to affirm reliability for this model particularly as 4 units of various time periods have been employed for greater than 2 years, going on 5 years now on the oldest. These are all installed indoors.
First, I have contacted support on two occasions. First time was because I lost (adhesive let loose) the magnet that detects if the door is opened or closed. Support replaced it for free. The second time I needed help was years after install, I wanted to merge 2 locks into an account with 2 existing locks and lost the security key. Within minutes of contact I was advised and guided through a recovery process which enabled me to get the locks reprogramed and added to the other account. The best part though was they maintained the finger print history! Amazing! So pleased!
Next lets cover battery life... surely a blue tooth enabled, wifi capable (via hub), device with a screen that manipulates a actuator would eat batteries right? WRONG! I honestly do not know how they did it, but this thing is used EVERY DAY, multiple times a day, and RARELY needs batteries changed... like every few months, or maybe like once a year? Hard to believe honestly, but thats why I am sharing it. Put good (non rechargables) in and it just keeps going. LOVE IT!
So... app works great, support is great, battery life is great, and longevity is great as they are still going strong 5 years later.
I would recommend this to a friend!
