I had a problem with Smart Lock, needed to resolve it soon, I was locked out. Two weeks go by with 24 hrs delay or more for each question to be answered. Finally I did resolve the problem by myself. When the customer care agent give me the answer to solve the problem almost 2 weeks later, I already have it done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Lock, keypad goes bad

Had 2 of these locks for 3 years, very nice lock, but they are not made to be in the weather, the screens go bad within 2 years. I’ve had to replace both of mine, one was covered by warranty..

When it works it’s great but there is times when you can’t access it thru the internet. Getting better with some of the updates but still does it on occasion

Great features, poor connectivity.

I have had my lock for over a year now, so I have had a chance to see if there would be improvements. I like the interface features and the fact that you can simply use your fingerprint to open the door. This works wonderfully for our kids. The scanner was a bit finicky in the beginning, but I am guessing updates have now made it more reliable. My main gripe is when trying to open the lock via the app. Most times the connection times out. Sometimes I can exit the app and then go back in and out will connect, but it is not consistent. This only happens using the "connect from anywhere" option. The Bluetooth works fine. However, I have had to let someone in in the past and the lock chose that time to not work at all, no matter what I did. I know the issue is not my Internet or firewall, as in that same instance and in many more, I have been able to open my deadbolt from another company. If Lockly could fix this connectivity issue, I would consider changing their rating to 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Well Most of the Time

Bought this about 9 months ago. Has many features which made us attracted to it, such as key, fingerprint, cell phone and coded entry. Also has a 9 volt emergency power possibility if the AAs die while you are out. However as of late the fingerprint option, which we found the most convenient has become rather troublesome, not sure if that's because it's dirty or what, but it has good days and bad days.
We have been customers for the past five years. All 5 of our entry doors are now secured with Lockly locks. Their security and convenience of the system is second to none. Their customer service team is prompt and accommodating. Several of our neighbors and friends have also purchased the locks after seeing them on our place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed lockly secure plus dead bolt

Installing was a beeeze. Everything well laid out and marked. I bought it and installed for my girlfriend for a late Christmas present. I liked it so much i am buying one for my place. If lockly could add a camera like Ring, you could capture the world. My only suggestion is change the autolock default to OFF or provide a way to manually disable. We wern't aware it would set and went out to dinner before install was complete. We locked ourself out. Fortunately we had another way in.

Convenient & Secure

Got this on updating our main door. Easy instructions to install and has secure features like disabling screen pad if necessary. Like the peep-proof keypad.
