It came in our house when we bought it, but the changeover was quick and the safety and security is great. The the fingerprint reader is great in not having to pull out keys!

Too many functions

1, the product is not straight after using it for a while. It leans to side. This makes it look very ugly and low.
2, the product doesn’t make sound when it auto locks. This makes me feel insecure and have to double check every time.

This is a great smart lock, and great value. It's too bad there is a limit of 15 registered users, but other than that - excellent.

I bought this a month ago and we are all loving it. We primarily use the fingerprint to enter the home and so far havent had any issues. Its so easy to use even when its dark outside.
