Great Vacuum! Picks up a lot more than my old vac

My old "stick" Shark finally gave out. This time, I decided to go with the larger Shark vacuum: the Shark Navigator. I have had it now for two weeks and I love it! I have a lot of pets, so pet hair is everywhere. This new vacuum takes care of the problem. I did a test: I vacuumed my sofa cushions with my new Shark, I then sat on the cushions with a dark pair of pants. Lo and behold, no pet hair on the backside of the pants! I like that the dust bin is much larger than what was on my old "stick" Shark -- there are less trips to the trash can to empty. The suction is awesome. I do have some oriental carpets with fringe, and my new vacuum doesn't suck the fringe up -- like my old Shark did. That's a bonus for me! The attachments work well, and it's quick and easy to disengage the vacuum pole from the main vacuum. The vacuum is louder than my old Shark, but I don't care; it does not bother me. I wish the vacuum had a light near the base; I miss that. But it is not a deal-breaker. The only improvement I can think of is minor. The small hook on the vacuum where the cord can be attached to keep it up, secured, and away from your feet is too large. It does not hold the cord in place. The card keeps falling off. I fixed that by wrapping painter's tape around the cord (to make it thicker) at the spot where I attach the card to the hook. Now it's secured. Other than that, this vacuum is a keeper!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent but you can find better

Pros
The attachments are a great feature, allowing you to clean a variety of areas effectively. Additionally, the vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it convenient for everyday use. I particularly appreciate its ability to vacuum hardwood floors, which has been a game changer for me. It also operates quietly, which is a nice bonus.
Cons
However, there are some drawbacks. The attachments tend to come loose while vacuuming, which can be frustrating. The vacuum itself is made of plastic, giving it a lightweight feel that can come across as cheap or toy-like.
Performance with Pet Hair
One of my main concerns is whether it effectively collects dust and cat fur, especially since I have two cats. To test its performance, I conducted an experiment: I vacuumed my carpet with the Shark vacuum and then immediately followed up with my other vacuum designed for pet dander. In the side-by-side comparison shown in my last picture, you can see the results: on the left is the Shark vacuum, and on the right is my more expensive vacuum. Unfortunately, the Shark did not collect all the fur.
Conclusion
In conclusion, while this vacuum may be suitable for those without pets, I find it only useful for my hardwood floors given its performance with pet hair.

Great suction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction is great and you are able to change it from min to max suction depending on your flooring. The cleaning is easy and I’m so glad hair doesn’t wrap around the brush. I only wish the attachments were better. An attachment with a brush would be handy.

A smaller vacuum, but powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After unboxing & assembly, I was surprised at the size--it's about 1/3 smaller than my previous vacuum, so each push covers a smaller surface area. However, its suction is impressively powerful, and the smaller overall size w/swivel steering make it easier to maneuver and work with. It's also nicely designed; pulling the hose handle to do corners is easy, as is removing the debris container to empty it.Also it is so easy to maintain and discard of dirt and dust. I remove the dirt and dust outdoors as this machine really picks up a lot of debris; dirt, dust, pet hair, etc. Very durable and long life.

Super easy to put together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. So the setup is literally clicking a few pieces together. I like that the vacuum is bagless, pretty lightweight and is easy to empty. The hose attachment makes cleaning much easier for corners, baseboards and sofas. For a test run, I vacuumed up coffee grounds and cat litter from a rug. This little vacuum got the coffee up right away, and with a few passes the cat litter too. Suction still isn’t as good as another larger popular vacuum, but I am impressed with what it did do and the many features this vacuum has. There is even an indicator light to tell you when the spin brush isn’t functioning properly. I also appreciated the extra long cord. Overall, this little machine gets the job done and took only about 5 minutes to assemble.

I LOVE This Vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! I have been using it for a few weeks now and it is the best vacuum I have ever owned. The suction on this vacuum is amazing! I could not believe how much pet hair and dirt it picked up from my floors and carpet, and this was after I used my old vacuum on the same areas. It allows you to select the surface you are vacuuming. Either hard floor or carpet. It also allows you to select the suction control you want to use. Setting up this vacuum took less than 5 minutes. All the pieces easily snap together, and the Quick Start guide and the Owners guide are very helpful and easy to understand. As soon as I started using it, I noticed how lightweight this vacuum is and how easy it is to maneuver. This makes it great to carry up and down stairs. I love the versatility of this vacuum because the lift-away feature can be configured to be used as a handheld vacuum that I use on my stairs. It also has the long wand that I use to reach up high, which is great when I need to clean areas such as my curtains and ceiling vents. The vacuum comes with a crevice tool and an upholstery tool that can be conveniently stored at the base of the vacuum for quick access when vacuuming. I use the upholstery tool on my couch where my dog sleeps and it does a great job of vacuuming up the dog hair. I also love that this vacuum has a very long power cord so I can reach all areas of my rooms without unplugging it. It also has a bright LED light on the front that really illuminates the area when vacuuming. Having a self-cleaning brush roll is fantastic! I used to hate having to cut hair from that in the past. I love that this vacuum captures 99.99% of dust and allergens. I also love having a bagless vacuum so I do not have to buy bags. The dust bin is very large and it is very easy to empty. I am extremely satisfied with this vacuum! It is so versatile and easy to use. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed! It would also make a wonderful gift.

Does better than my larger model vacuum! 🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slim little vacuum is deceiving. Just as the name suggests it “Lift-Away”s the dirt with such ease and suction. This vacuum now replaces my larger Shark vacuum. It also is really stout for a slimmer model. It’s easier to clean out the dirt tank and filters.
I say this is definitely a keeper.
