Oh my! It's the best vacuum I've ever owned. I didn't realize my floors were as dirty as they were until I used my shark.

Shark on land and carpet!

I bought this vacuum a couple months ago. I’ve owned a Shark vacuum before and then switched to Bissell because they provide an adoption for a dog in need. But that just didn’t live up to my expectations. I love this vacuum I love the button to switch from hardwood to carpet. It’s lightweight. It’s not too loud. It’s going to be noisy it’s doing its job! It doesn’t kick larger pieces of debris away it sucks it right in. It works great on my high pile rug and on my thinner rugs. It does fall over if you need to use the handle hose but you just need to bring it with you so it doesn’t fall. I know it’s doing its job because my air purifier filters aren’t as dirty as they normally are. I do not have pets at the moment but do have long hair as well as my daughter and the self cleaning brush works amazing and I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s so easy to empty the canister a little click of a button and empty it in the garbage. If you are on the fence of whether to buy this. Do it. You will love it.

Cleans great but hard to push

I love the cleaning power! I can't believe how much this vacuum pulled up that my other vacuum was missing. It is very easy to put together, change to using attachments and to empty and replace canister. I'm not impressed with how heavy it is and how difficult it is to push on my thicker carpet. I also wish there was a way to keep the vacuum from swiveling. That adds stress and difficulty in pushing the vacuum in addition to the weight. I'd recommend more for bare floor and lower pile carpets.

I’ve had my new Shark about 3 weeks now. The upgrade of cleaning feature is great as well as the maximum suction. I’m enjoying this upgrade for sure.

Very happy with this vacuum. The loft away is a game changer. It’s not as bulky as some other stand up ones which is ideal for us. I do find the upholstery head not that great for the carpeted stairs. I wish there was another smaller roller head compatible to use but otherwise I love it.
