Overall simple to setup and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little bit on the bulkier side but the performance is great. Easy to steer and clean. I like the different suction power selection that it has for different carpets.

Found this machine for a cheaper price and it cleans the same as my old bissell I replaced with this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very pleased with SHARK*. Ever since I became an adult, these vacuums have been ready to clean up any mess I've made.

Love Shark Vacuums. This one has great suction on hard surface floors and on low pile carpet!
However, if you have a medium to long carpet - DO NOT get this style. It has too much suction for longer carpet and there is no way to manually turn the pressure down...It pulls the fibers up around the beater bar and you can't push it back & forth.
