Leaves my skin smooth, but…

I have the impression that this device (compared with an older version of the silk epil I had), just cuts/trims my hair instead of pulling them as if it was tweezers. With the one o had before, I had the long lasting effect as if I had waxing. This one feels more like a razor (I’m not saying it does this with all my hair but definitely half of them grow stronger and thicker). I’m a bit disappointed for the price point of this device since I’m replacing waxing with this, which is more expensive and also need to do it out of my home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 3 months...

It was a great epilator while it lasted... Then one day, after a full charge, the epilator just died - no light, no charging... It just got completely unresponsive :(

I loved my epilator had it for 6 months and it stoped working, I unfortunately won’t be purchasing another

This epilator is worth the investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first epilator and for the past couple of months it’s been doing it’s job as promised. The charge lasts more than enough for me to epilate my legs and armpits. I’m loving the results!

This is so easy it's just not even! I mean EVERYTHING you need to be smooth ALL THE TIME is in this cute little pouch that can stay home or travel SO easily. Easy to use. SUPERB performance. Strong long battery. Waterproof. I don't know what I am going to do with all these razors. Just...just thank you Braun. Omigosh.

Epilator:
For the price and quality of this epilator, I assumed it would remove hair fastly and efficiently. Instead it took two hours, two speeds, and three attachments. I also took breaks to clean and remove hair from the epilator.
My legs were silky smooth in the end, but I expected better results using the massage roller cap on gentle speed (I had to follow up with the skin contact cap using default speed, to remove hair that was left behind). I did use the shaver and trimmed before epilation. Compared to my mom's 1980's "Epilady", it's still a serious upgrade.
Shaver:
There are no clear instructions on how to remove the shaving unit for cleaning. After attaching the shaving unit to the shaver head, it will not detach. The manual says "Do not clean shaver foil with brush. Shaver head can be cleaned under running water. For drying, remove the shaving unit. Lubricate regularly."
So how do I remove the shaving unit? I pull, but nothing happens. There is a "release" button for the shaver head, but not the unit?
Face spa:
Exfoliation is faster and more efficient using my hands or a washcloth than these brushes. The only positive is that my skin felt smooth and less irritated using the brushes, compared to using a washcloth.
Overall, I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied with this product. I would appreciate a reply from a Braun employee on how to remove the shaving unit for cleaning, though.

Definitely, not worth the money.

This product will make you wow at first if you dont react to epilating. Especially the facial epilator. After few uses, it doesn't work properly, even though you change the batteries, you need to turn those heads with y hands when it stops,so annoying to use. The epilators for legs and underarm, I always have the issue when hair grows back, it creates lots of ingrown hairs. The legs were smooth and silky b4 using this. really regret it
