Good… but confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, this works extremely well. My armpits have never felt this well shaven, they feel like a baby lol. But, it took me like an hour to figure out what does what. The instructions are kinda confusing and I had no clue what thing did what. But I seemed to get it down after just experimenting with it.

Impressed, game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex for the first time, and I was really impressed with how well it worked. The flexible head was a game-changer—it easily followed the curves of my body, making the whole process much smoother than I expected.
I loved that I could use it in the shower because the warm water helped reduce any discomfort. The Micro-Grip technology was no joke—it caught even the tiniest hairs that waxing usually misses, leaving my skin super smooth.
The pressure sensor was surprisingly helpful. It let me know when I was using too much pressure, which was great because I was a bit nervous about irritating my skin. Plus, the battery lasted long enough for me to finish without rushing, and it charged up quickly for the next time.
The different attachments were a nice bonus. I used the massage cap, which made the experience more comfortable, and I appreciated having the shaver head and trimmer cap for more delicate areas.
Overall, using the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex for the first time was a great experience. It made epilation easier and more effective than I expected, and even though it’s a bit of an investment, I can already tell it’s going to be worth it for how smooth my skin feels.

Very good razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor gets rid of hair so fast and it takes a while for it to grow back in. The battery does not really last a long time, so make sure that it is fully charged regularly. Also, Make sure not to remove a lot of hair at once because it does kind of hurt and takes a while to get used to

Amazing product - issues with facial epilator

I bought this product a year ago. For the first month I told everyone I know how great it was. However, the facial epilator stopped having enough power to work. it stops rotating when it touches my face. I’ve put new batteries in multiple times but it has lost the ability to remove facial hair. I loved it for that first month but am disappointed now. The body epilator is great and much less painful than others I’ve used. It also gets at shorter hairs than some competitors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing a bit of pain using the body epilator, and that your facial epilator is no longer rotating as it should. With our numerous quality and safety checks, this isn't what we expect. Luckily, there may be an easy solution for this. Dirt in the head can lead to a device's reduced operating time and lower operating speed. Please clean the epilator head thoroughly as described in the user manual. Also, to experience even less pain, if you aren't already doing so, try taking a warm bath/shower and epilate slowly. Works awesome but top beads came off

This is best one I ever bought. Works so smooth. Charging lasts forever. But the top little beats thingy came off after few use. I paid alot of money for this to be broken like this.

None of the others can even compare! I have tried them all and let me tell you, The silk epil nine flex is the best epilator I have ever used it leaves no hairs behind and it’s virtually painless compared to others. I wish I would’ve bought this one from the very beginning because it’s worth every penny I couldn’t do without it. Smooth skin for eight weeks it’s great! now the hair hardly ever grows back and what does it very fine and almost can’t see it. I recommended the Braun silk epil 9 flex epilator to anyone who’s thinking of Epilating! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Body Epilator great but facial epilator fail.

The Body epilator is great and works as advertised. The facial epilator is completely useless - Im not sure if i got a bad part - but even right after putting in a new battery- it works for one use at best and then slows down . For black hair on colored skin, it is definitely not useful. I wish i just had another body epilator head that i could use for my face instead !
