BEST INVESTMENT!!

The Silk-épil 9 Flex epilator was the best investment I've made for myself in awhile! It's super easy to use and I love the flexible head for hair removal around my knees/elbows. The set also includes other attachments and the massage pad has quickly become a favorite too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Body Epilator great but facial epilator fail.

The Body epilator is great and works as advertised. The facial epilator is completely useless - Im not sure if i got a bad part - but even right after putting in a new battery- it works for one use at best and then slows down . For black hair on colored skin, it is definitely not useful. I wish i just had another body epilator head that i could use for my face instead !

Leaves my skin smooth, but…

I have the impression that this device (compared with an older version of the silk epil I had), just cuts/trims my hair instead of pulling them as if it was tweezers. With the one o had before, I had the long lasting effect as if I had waxing. This one feels more like a razor (I’m not saying it does this with all my hair but definitely half of them grow stronger and thicker). I’m a bit disappointed for the price point of this device since I’m replacing waxing with this, which is more expensive and also need to do it out of my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your looking fo remove hair effortlessly than I highly suggest the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex 9-300 Epilator, I had to only use it one time to get the hang of it, it is by far the best product that is on the market gir hair removal.
I really like that I only have to go over a area of hair one time. Definitely a must have for anyone that wants to have a pristineway of getting rid of unwanted hairs

Tries to do too much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The epilator attachment is the only good part of this product. The other attachments are poorly made and not very useful. To me, this product is a company's attempt to put too many products in one. It seems like it would be more convenient but it's really not. The shaving/trimmer attachment doesn't work well; it snags and pulls hairs out instead of trimming them. The cleansing brush head looks nothing like the one on the box. It's very cheaply made and not useful to me personally. I would be more likely to use it if it resembled the brush head pictured on the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this complete set of Braun epilator. There is one piece that is missing. But overall I tried it and loved it. The mini bag is very cute. Best for traveling. After using epilator on legs, I waited for few days to see if the growth is quick or not. But even after a lot of days still I can't see much hair. I'm happy with this epilator and will continue using this instead of wax. And also it takes very less time as compared to waxing. So that's plus point about this.

Does not work as described

I ordered this epilator with high expectations and was quite disappointed. I used the epilator on my legs and tried both dry and wet. Each attempt left my legs with intense red bumps, burning, itching, and did not remove all of my leg hair. I had to use a regular razor to clean up the rest of the hair. I would not recommend this product.

Hi Beth, try these tips at night, so any minor skin irritations such as little bumps and redness will have time to reduce. Start epilating after relaxing in a warm bath for about 5 minutes and hold your leg and epilator under the water so your hairs will lift up, making them easier to grip.
