I wish the battery life was better.

I bought This about 6 months ago and it does what it is intended to do. However I have a few issues with it. After use I notice a lot of hairs that are left short and not plucked like the day after you shave. this could be due to my type of hair.The battery life seems to already be diminishing. A corded option would be great.I think a link for a how to video use and maintain you epilator would be great the instruction book included can leave a person with questions. Also things to avoid

For best results when using a Braun Epilator, we suggest epilating your hair is 2-5mm long and to be sure your hair is free of cream and oil. We also suggest epilating in different directions since your hair may be growing in different directions. Love this product. I prefer using it with the skin dry, it’s more easy for me. I use it at night, so the next morning all the red bumps are gone. The more you use it, the less painful it is. Love it!

I ordered this epilator with high expectations and was quite disappointed. I used the epilator on my legs and tried both dry and wet. Each attempt left my legs with intense red bumps, burning, itching, and did not remove all of my leg hair. I had to use a regular razor to clean up the rest of the hair. I would not recommend this product.

Hi Beth, try these tips at night, so any minor skin irritations such as little bumps and redness will have time to reduce. Start epilating after relaxing in a warm bath for about 5 minutes and hold your leg and epilator under the water so your hairs will lift up, making them easier to grip. Smooth legs that stay smooth for a while!

It is my first time using an epilator and while it took me a little bit to get use to the sensation, after a couple tries it didn't bother me at all. My legs stay hair-free for so many days even weeks! So amazing!

The Silk-épil 9 Flex epilator was the best investment I've made for myself in awhile! It's super easy to use and I love the flexible head for hair removal around my knees/elbows. The set also includes other attachments and the massage pad has quickly become a favorite too!
