I bought this the 7L Outdoor sling during the Kickstarter and can safely say it's one of my favourite PD items. Perfect for going on trips and holidays you may not want to take your full-sized bag for. It's lightweight with plenty of features and extras to increase it's versatility. In terms of storage space I've never once felt restricted, as I can easily carry all my EDC and still have space for a water bottle and packable coat (my current record is 6 bottles of beer on a fishing trip with the addition of some fishing gear lol). Seriously a fantastic product, zero regrets purchasing my sling and id recommend it to anyone.
I've been using this bag constantly for work, hiking, and travelling so it's been through it all in the past few months. The size is perfect for all my purposes but still small enough to prevent strain on my shoulders + back (the padded strap helps too). I like how it's super lightweight on its own which is great when I load it up for work. The water resistance has held up in different weather conditions and the easily adjustable strap is such a time saver when I need to adjust how many layers I'm wearing in constantly changing temperatures. I bought this kinda impulsively in store but its become my go-to for everything.
I got this before a recent month long trip to Egypt and this became my indispensable everyday carry. Perfect features that can expand and carry so much when you need it. Great comfortable strap, great materials, great pockets--perfect sling bag. Maybe the best thing PD makes.
This bag is fantastic! It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it incredibly versatile. You can easily fit multiple lenses and cameras in it, or you can pack a day’s worth of essentials for a trip to Disney World. The padding on the strap is excellent, and the small pockets keep everything organized. I do wish it had a Capture Carry compatible, but that’s not a deal-breaker.
got this from kickstarter and started using it after it is delivered. Love the design and the lightweight when compare to the original sling. Especially I can now have the choice to use it with or without the camera cube which gives more flexibility and fits different use cases
I used this all through London on my day walks. Fit a wallet, small water bottle, glasses, and some odd and ends. I even got a compact travel umbrella in it once. I loved that there were 2 exterior zippered compartments, the main one and a smaller on in from so I didn't have to fish around in the main one for everything. I also loved all the inside compartments for odds and ends. I understand that these are mainly maid for camera stuff so I can see the smaller inside compartments fit lens filters maybe but they are a tad short for lipsticks and pens, as they tend to fall out. I wish they were a bit deeper. or maybe only make 2 larger ones instead of more smaller ones. Also the exterior bottom hooks with cords that tighten and loosen the bottom to since it, the plastic clips with hooks kept coming off of the small cord loops so they were dangling. But overall, I really liked the bag
