Like everything else manufactured today, it is flimsy plastic that if you handle rough, it will break. However, the product does function as expected. it is quick, and does a good job.

I am switching from the J 6710DW because of size and hopefully cost of ink. Only have had it for a week and seems to perform to my expectations.
A little noisy, print is very good, images color not as good as expected.

I have been using this device for about a week, it seems well rounded and capable of doing what is needed for my business needs away from home. Although it does get jammed alot.

Just purchaced the Brother MFC-J4510d printer, This is my second Brother printer and and very satisfyed with it. For the money its a great printer. Onlt complaint is its noisy!

Good...Fast...Noisy

I am pleased to have a printer that can be fully integrated into my home and network. It works well with the android app for scanning and printing over the wifi network. the scans are of excellent resolution. the prints are fast, all be it noisy. but most importantly, there are LINUX drivers that support the Ubuntu OS without a fuss! it sync's over the wifi with my linux machine and supports double sided printing! Good job whoever designed this machine. scanner over wifi works as well...i am impressed by the versatility of this machine!

Takes time

I really hated this printer at first. Had trouble installing it and it would take forever to print. After getting help from Brother's support, I can now say it is a very good printer. I especially like the document feed. Use it for copying and for scanning. I also like the touch screen a neat feature. I would like to give this printer a 4.5 rating but the only options are a 4 or a 5. Would probably have given it a 5 except for the start up problems.

Best printer ever.

I have always bought HP printers, so this was a big change for me. I mainly bought it for it's style. Doesn't take up a lot of space and I like that everything is contained. My cat likes to sleep on the paper tray, which is not a problem with the Brother. The only negative comment, is that it's much louder than my HP. Over all, I love this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
