Amazing

The printer is the best for ink consumption and the print and copy are the same as other printer brands. Though it failed on me as other brands did to me, I would not change brand but Brother.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although it works fine, I prefer the HP i had prior to this. This HP of course became disabled too quickly.
I have not yet been able to print from my cell phone or tablet inspite of some effort.
Other wise, it prints over my network and wirelessly from my laptop
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hands Free

With the Blue Tooth connection, I am able to print at will from my laptop. It allows me work from anywhere from the house and not be tethered to the printer. I have used the fax for both incoming and outgoing which is very important to me. The print quality is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Being not a geek but at least technology savvy I told the agent that I had done basic troubleshooting, as I had ensured on/off is on, checked power outlet etc. He agreed and asked me to just let him go through it again. He said plug it directly in a wall socket not the extension. Reluctantly I did and the machine fired up... of course!

I woul never ever buy you product again, I always had HP I changed because of your advertisement and I was wrong. I bought one had to return it to your company received another one used and its worse

I bought this printer because it was supposed to be an inexpensive alternative to ink.
If I can't even print business cards or any paper denser then a regular thickness, I cant even find a use for it. Sure, it has a back feed for heaver paper printing, but it can't gage the center of the page when printing in that manner, so EVERY THING, every single time, is off center.
I'm *so* frustrated that there isn't even support for something like this, and can't believe I was talked into buying this printer by a best-buy rep just recently. Its going back tomorrow. Period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
