More Than Pleased

I am more than pleased to have found a printer with the conveniences, reliability, and ease of understanding as this. It did however take a while to get used to the awkward steps to manage the paper and envelope loading and replacing features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Printer Belongs Off a Bridge

This is the worst printer I've ever owned and would do anything to get my cheap 8 year old Epson back. It eats paper, disconnects from the wifi whenever it feels like it, prints out a waste of paper upon reconnecting, has a terrible interface and needs to be unplugged and restarted whenever a paper jam happens (often). If it printed halfway decently I might give it some credit but the image is pale and line quality poor - it looks like an 80's dot matrix printout in pastel. I thought maybe I had just ended up with a lemon but when the first one stopped working under warranty I sent it back to Brother and received a refurbished machine of the same awful ilk in its stead.
Do not - DO NOT - buy this printer. Don't be fooled by its compact design and white lines - it is not your friend. Don't, like I did, think that just because Brother can produce a fantastic sewing machine (which it can, and does, and I love mine) it will do the same for personal printing... it does not. Soon I will spring for something better and when I do, this machine will be thrown from my balcony with unbridled delight. I can't wait.

I am a loyal customer of Brothers, but this one has two many problems. 1) print loud 2) will not print card stock through paper tray 3) always getting paper jammed.

THE WORST

Purchased this printer on Friday and returning it today. NOISY, slow and prints the worst photos of any printer Ive ever had. Called for Tech support on Saturday and learned that they are only open Mon-Fri, during business hours.

WORST MACHINE EVER

THIS MACHINE JAMS ALMOST EVERY PAPER. PROBABLY 90 OUT OF A 100 COPIES WILL JAM...THE THING IS IT WORKS GREAT UNTIL IT DOESN'T. I HAD NO JAMS FOR 2 MONTHS THEN 1 JAM KICKED IT OFF AND IF THE JAM IS A FAX AT NIGHT FORGET IT ALL OF YOUR INK BLEEDS OUT ALL OVER THE PAPER
