Great Product

I bought MFC-J4510DW because it prints on
11" x 12" paper; I have not used that size paper yet; I am so glad that if I need to it is there.

I haven't used the FAX yet either, but I'm glad it is there if I need.
This printer has so MANY great features, too many to mention. In time I am sure I will use most of them.
The printer is a great product of Home Office or Small Business.
The printer works great, nice crisp prints.
My business cards came out great.
I am very happy with my new printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good All-in-One with just 1 issue

Good all around all-in-one printer etc. the only issue I have with this machine is that I can't turn off the printer until I disconnect the telephone cord from the inside then I can turn off the machine - re-install the phone cord after the machine is off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Purchase Ever

This is the worst printer I have ever owned!!! It's supposed to be a business class printer, but there is no way it is designed to handle the work load. It jams constantly. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice versatile MFC printer

Printer is fast, reproduces well. Copy and scan functions easy to use. Instructions to clear paper jams, logical and easy to follow on touchscreen display. However; the plastic slide out paper shelf is cheap; like a kid's toy. Flimsy and hangs up as it is pulled out. Turn the engineers loose on this feature.

One big weakness

Paper needs to come out in reverse order so that the first page is on top when printing is completed. Also there is insufficient room on the receiving rack for the copy pages to rest when there is over one copy.

Great things come in small pacages

Who would have thought such compact MFP would do so much? Smaller than my previous MFP, it can run larger A3 paper (single sheets, mind you), does auto duplex, and AirPrint. Liked it so much I got one for my Dad who lives 300 miles away so I can provide him support if he needs it - and understand what he's looking at. Great image quality. Easy scanning. Working on figuring out how to make scanning work directly with my Evernote account.
