My new favorite bar mount

I don’t normally write reviews but this product exceeded my expectations. I was using the Quad Lock bar mount, but after watching a couple YouTube videos I made the switch to Peak Design. I loved my Quad Lock mount but the Peak Design mount is by far my favorite. The ease of removing my phone from the mount one-handed was a game changer for me. Great product!

I have had this bar mount for a year, it has not let me down . the mount is so ergonomically built that it looks like it's part of the handle bars and there have been times I have left my phone attached to the mount and walked away from the bike.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I spent a lot of time reading various reddit threads before finally making this purchase and I do not regret it! I bought the case for my phone as well and the on/off process with my phone is so seamless and great, it feels super secure and I appreciate how much flexibility I have in adjusting the angle. The one thing I haven't quite figured out is the right tension for the ball mount; my phone tends to lean forward over time on a long ride, but this feels like a minor inconvenience.

Great motorbike accessory

I had a cover for cellphone to use it with maps, then after finding a peak design phone cover for cheap I have decided to pull the trigger with this mount and I have to admit I won’t ever go back.
Really stable on my bike and very comfortable when you need to read directions.
I hope it won’t overheat phone during sunny days.
Charging works like a charm.

Was originally looking at other well known makes but comparing to the PD design this beats the others on all counts. Very secure mount both interface to phone case and securing to my bars. Didn't fully appreciate the care and detail of the design until it came to fitting. Very well thought out detailed design that's also been manufactured to a high standard.

I have been using Peak Design handlebar mounts with 2 other e-bikes and both have been clutch for cruising on pavement and terrain. Because I decided to take up mountain biking, I needed a robust system that is more forgiving with shock and this thing delivers. I used a rubber shim to accommodate my handlebar and now I have the perfect solution for my bike. Paired with the Gnar case I now have great protection from dirt entering my charging port as well as superb impact protection. If you are looking for well engineered and elegantly designed mounts and protection, look no further.
