Best MagSafe wallet I’ve tried

Got it a little while ago and it has been perfect for carrying what I need around campus. Cards are easy to slide out and the magnet is super strong. I am able to scan my id when it is still in the wallet which is convenient for me but that does also mean that there is no RFID blocking features that I am aware of. It’s absolutely worth the price and has held up great over the last month with no sign of wear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered mobile wallet with the iphone cover and have been using the same from last 2-3 months the product is very well designed, very convenient to use, with its magnetic feature its easy to carry with phone

Decent but missed potential

The biggest problem is it doesn’t gain anything, really, from being paired with the Peak Design case. The case has a square recess to get a stronger lock with other Peak mobile products. The back of this wallet is smooth, no stud to interlock with the case. Holding it on is up to the magnet alone. Sliding it into a tight pocket occasionally it’ll slip off the case. Occasionally is not ideal for something holding critical items. If this wallet locked into the case it would be much better. It would make it special in a way this version is not.
It is definitely made well, though. The magnet is very strong. Pulling it straight off a Peak Design case requires effort. But it takes much less strength to slide the wallet off. It feels durable and holds the amount of cards claimed.

Slim & Safe Wallet for your Jeans Pocket

I was pleasantly surprised with the way the wallet was built. Material is similar to the phone case and give a very strong magnet grip that give you confidence the wallet won't fall or get detached. The wallet is fairly slim but still give you room for about 4-5 cards easily. Great mechanism to pull.

I don’t know if this was intended, but I found an extra benefit on a recent flight. By sliding the wallet into the seatback slot, I was able to keep my phone at eye level to watch movies. I know some people are concerned about how secure the magnets are, but it had no trouble holding my iPhone 14 pro max even through the turbulence!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unexpected bad quality

I bought this wallet a month ago (approx) and was super happy with it until it broke a few days ago. I just pulled my cards out as usual and the fabric thing stopped bringing the cards upwards. I think some fabric dismantled on the inside of the wallet so it is impossible to fix by myself. I tried contacting Peak Design by mail without any response (through the warranty page). Thus I am very disappointed by the quality and the after sale service (not) provided by Peak Design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk - please avoid.

What a complete disappointment. Unbelievable that this product is still sold. First of all, the MagSafe connection is very weak (I’m using it on the new Apple techwoven case). Just slightly touching it makes it move or fall. Second, I don’t know how they managed to make it so bulky — with 5 cards and some cash it looks huge compared to other MagSafe wallets with the same capacity. Lastly, maybe it’s personal, but it looks very ugly and cheap, honestly worse than any cheap MagSafe wallet. And for the price, even at a third of it, it would still be unusable.
