So much MORE than a wallet!

I've tried multiple MagSafe wallets, and this one is hands down the best. When coupled with their case, the magnetic connection of the Mobile Wallet is the most secure that I have found, which is the essential feature for this type of wallet, in my opinion.
- Quality: Perfection. When it is in your hand, you know you are holding something that has been over-engineered, even though it is a wallet. It matches the texture and visuals of the case perfectly.
- Space: Plenty. I currently have 6 Credit Cards, a Driver's License, 3 Bills, and an Insurance card in my Mobile Wallet. I could fit one or two more cards if needed.
- The Hinge: This is the most underrated part of this wallet. It's the showstopper. Coupled with the strength of the magnet, this thing is the best stand for a phone I've come across. You can adjust the angle of opening of the hinge anywhere from 0 to 180 degrees to a specific degree! The tension is perfect, allowing for many different viewing angles, whether in portrait or landscape. I also open the stand to hold my phone on my shoulder while talking more comfortably. I will hang it from the neck of my shirt if listening to a podcast or music and my headphones are dead while cleaning the house. I use it to "hang" my phone from many different things, such as the wire shampoo holder in my shower to watch a youtube video or listen to music, from a branch to take a timed photo of my family and me, from a hose or cable when working on my car to angle the flashlight right where I need it, and just about any other way you can get creative. I feel silly for how much I gush over a "hinge," but it truly is what makes this wallet so much MORE than just a wallet.

Practical yet beautiful design

I love how secure the wallet feels. The magnetic pull tab is an ingenious way to retrieve cards and the kickstand is very sturdy. All packaged in a unique and sleek design

I expected more from PD for this wallet

I have had this product for a month and the core wallet function has some improvement needs. My previous wallets would properly fan out my card for proper selection, but the PD wallet pulls all the cards in one big block. You then need to awkwardly try and fan out the cards with one hand while holding the phone/wallet with you other. I am surprised that as much research and development that PD does, this lack of ease of use was acceptable. Now, that being said the wallet secures properly to the phone but is easy to take off when needed. Additionally, the stand function works well in both portrait and landscape modes.
The cost of this PD wallet is extremely high for what you get. If they did redesign this wallet to properly fan out the cards, I would change this from 3 start to 5.

Great wallet

This wallet was better than i expected. The magnets are strong enough to keep on from falling off accidentally but weak enough to pull it off when I want to. The tab pull feature is a very nice addition making it easy to find and pick which cards you want. The only negative thing I have to say is sometimes the cards clump together making the tab pull feature not as useful.

I really like this wallet and hoped that it would've worked better for me. The issues that I have with it might be in the minority. I'll start by saying that I have to use the universal adapter since Peak Design doesn't make a phone case for my particular phone ( Samsung Note 20 Ultra). Because of this, the wallet doesn't sit completely flush against my phone, since the universal adapter is raised a tiny bit. I think this affects how securely the wallet attaches to my phone. There's been a few times where the wallet has inadvertently detached from my phone. Luckily it hasn't happened to where I lost the wallet completely, but I do feel that I need to be extra careful when I use the wallet. It doesn't seem like it'd be an issue if you are able to use a Peak Design case. Otherwise, I do enjoy that it can turn into a stand so I can watch videos or use my phone in either landscape or portrait mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What the Apple wallet should have been

This is by far the best wallet attachment for my iPhone I’ve tried. It holds 7 of my cards and the cards are VERY easy to take out. The Apple wallet it replaced was good quality but only held 3-4 cards and getting them out of the wallet was a struggle to say the least. Material stands up to a beating too. Makes a great pair with the PD phone case! Attaches to the case firmly, no fear of it falling off.

Only downside is the added weight when this is attached but can’t get around that with any product

Sometimes it slides around when I try to push the cards back in but I trust it will get easier with practice.

Just got my hands on the Peak Design wallet stand, and I have immediate thoughts - the magsafe magnet appears a bit weak compared to all my other magsafe accessories, to the point where a harder shake will send the wallet flying off. However, when carrying around my phone with the wallet attached or using it as a stand (both vertically and horizontally) in stationary conditions, the kickstand wallet is amazing. The build quality of it is very nice, and it's able to hold six of my cards easily. I would recommend this if you're looking for convenience, but it definitely lacks some security that I was looking for, and using it as a stand certainly takes some getting used to.
