Best Car Mount

Don't worry about your phone and mount falling, find a good spot for this mount and it will stay there until you decide to take it down. Using the strong magnets in this mount and the Peak Design Magsafe cases and your phone will be where you need it, when you need it. I have had this mount for a couple years and I love that you can move the direction the phone is facing and it still feels very sturdy. As always, Peak Design made a high quality product.

I have the mobile charger in my car, on my mountain bike and now on my boat. Magnet holds secure and great with charger

Car Mount Charging / Don’t recommend

I am using the charging car mount with the iPhone 17 Pro Gnar case, in a 2015 Toyota RAV4. It never constantly charges. It is constantly connecting and disconnecting. I feel like the is was a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rock-Solid Mount with Fast, Reliable Charging

Peak Design’s Car Mount Charging Qi2 nails it when it comes to build quality and secure mounting. The magnet holds my phone rock-solid even over bumps, and the Qi2 wireless charging gives noticeably faster top-ups. It looks great, and adjusts smoothly. Only downside: adhesive needs a very flat, clean surface, and it gets a bit warm on long drives.

Bought this to free up my phone holder that was occupying my CD player. Works great, Love that my vent isn't covered!

My son bought me a case and suggested I get the charging mount. He's got the mount that doesn't charge. It works well so far but I am concerned because it has a bent shape where the adhesive pad is and I mounted it on a flat surface. Hopefully it will hold. Otherwise it seems to do what it's supposed to.

Poorly Designed - Will not last!

Overall, really poor design and does not come with strong enough adhesive to last more than a month or so with normal use. I have an iPhone Pro, not a max, and the adhesive has needed to be replaced almost monthly. I have had it fall off completely as well as just sag and droop throughout that time frame. Disappointed in the oversight here - Peak used to be very thoughtful with their design and cover all the angles to make a good product, but the had a major swing and miss here. Total waste of my money!

Solid Car Mount!

I have bought this car mount exclusively for 4 cars since it came out a few years ago. It's solid, minimal, and works well.
The only thing that stops this from being a 5 star review is that with every mount I've gotten I have had to install each one at least twice. For some reason the adhesive that comes pre-stuck just doesn't bond well, but the included extra adhesive and the adhesives that can be order singularly from the website always seem to work better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
