Quality Build and design

I picked this up earlier this year to put in my car. Installation was quick and straightforward but I wish the base of the mount wasn't curved. I assume this is for dash installation but even then, it seems like it too much. I mounted this on a vertical surface near my climate controls and within easy reach of my right hand.
So far it has held up well. It has not moved since it was installed and continues to hold my phone tightly on the bumpiest of roads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great mount very secure but a little pricey.

I bought this since I already had the everyday case for my phone. The mount holds the device very securely it doesn't move at all once attached but the phone can still be removed with one hand. The adhesive seems really strong and I had no issue with the application. The wireless charging is great and means that power is never an issue when using my phone as a GPS.
The only downside is it is quite expensive but I do think the quality of it does justify the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was a bit wary to try a ball mount without some stabilization arm to help support the weight. Other car charger mounts would start to dip. But I know about PD quality so I thought I would give it a try as I was happy with their phone case and wallet.
I am so happy I did. The footprint on my dash is minimal. The connection mount to the dash is solid and hasn't slipped, even in heat. The ball head hasn't moved from my original positioning, even after repeated mounting and unmounting of my phone. This has allowed me to clear my air vent of the obstruction and looks much better.
I am a customer for life after all of my experiences with PD stuff.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I waited a long time for this to come. I was a bit nervous about it needing to be glued to the car. They did supply another sticky tape in case it’s needed. The magnet is very strong and the charging is an added bonus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the mount for my vehicle, but only problem is my loved it as well. Had to order another for her side of our vehicle. She loves that she can work on her computer, while being “hands free” thanks to the mount. Now have been told need to order five more for our kids for Christmas. Had to do some quick math, we have three kids, who are the other two for? Per her, the boys girlfriends, so they can be hands free as well during drives. With all that, I love the mount and all the other ones I’m now buying!

I was worried when I got this, because I drive a VW. It has been really difficult to find secure mounting locations in my car. I have zero smooth patches to use for the sticker, but also atypical vents that won’t work for a vent-mounted model. But hooray—I found a spot that worked! The tape seems strong enough to cope with the irregularities I threw at it. My phone in its peak case snaps on like a dream and doesn’t budge! Perfect!

My wife and I have one of these each.
I was a little concerned when I ordered them that the mounting arm was too short. Frankly, it is. There is no way this can hold your phone on the top of the dash-board, as it does not hold the phone high enough to do so.
On my car, an ageing Saab 9-5, the dash is well ahead of the wheel and has a flat top with a quick transition to a near vertical front. Even with an iPhone 13 mini it has to be positioned on the edge so that the lower part of the phone is in front of the dash, whereas I'd rather have it further away. As such it is in a tight spot with some part of the screen behind the wheel.
In my wife's Mini positioning it was a real challenge and it would have been so much better if it could have been mounted on top of the dash, or even to the windscreen. I suspect there are many smaller vehicles which will present similar problems.
