Fantastic, and can take the Australian heat!

We have previously had car mount that attach to the dashboard using adhesive, but all have come unstuck during the hot Australian summer. So far, the Peak Design car mount has stuck really well. It comes with comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions for installation, including a very obvious warning to let the adhesive set for 24 hours before use. Of course, this is a crucial step, but probably some that many people don't follow, so having the instructions right up front is fantastic.
Peak Design have also thought of adhesive cable management clips, to help keep the installation looking as tidy as possible. These work well, too.
So far, no problems! We've hit a few potholes (thanks to the various trucks around here for creating potholes for car mount testing purposes), and the phone has stayed on the mount. There is relatively little give in how far the mount can swivel, but it moves enough for what I need. Keep that in mind when installing, because some other mounts may swivel further.
I have the charging version, and I was hoping to use Bluetooth to connect to the car stereo, so I wouldn't have to plug the phone in each time. But, Bluetooth is still a bit flakey (that's down to the car stereo, not the mount), so I still plug it in anyway. Try your Bluetooth before buying - you might find that you'll also end up plugging it in anyway, in which case there's a cheaper non-charging version of the car mount adaptor. Save a few bucks.
Really happy with it so far. If it does come unstuck on a particularly hot day, I'll leave another review, but so far, I'm really happy with it and will look to get one for our other car.

This is my first charging car mount. Glad I waited for PD to release theirs. While I had a little trouble finding a good spot to mount it in my Subaru Crosstrek (vent mount has always been ideal), it ended up working out great. Looks good and connects perfectly to the PD mobile case for iPhone 14 Pro.

I've only had the car mount installed for about a week, and that little magnet is powerful. The base has some ability to curve to your dashboard surface, which is key, and I've yet to notice any slippage of the phone when hitting bumps aggressively. Well done, Peak Design!

Just like you would expect, Peak Design created yet another excellent product. I own almost all of their bags and straps and just like those, the car mount is made of the same quality and utility. The mount works like expected and the build quality and materials are top notch! Love it!

Have been using for just shy of a year now since the kickstarter and LOVE it! This is a must have for every car. Works fantastic and so sturdy too! Perfect angle for great visibility!
