Great Mount

I got this mount (without charging) to my Tesla and a trip to Colorado and it did not disappoint. Holds my phone firmly, exactly where I want it. Stays put on the dashboard, too, even though the surface is not completely smooth. I plan on getting a second for the passenger.

Strong magnet and fast charging! The cable management clips are nice too but I’ve found mine peel up. Overall the best car mount I have used

Found the perfect car mount/charger

After years of buying car mounts for my Toyota Highlander I’ve finally found one that I consider perfect. It’s well built and works with the peak design case though I haven’t tried it with a different case. The design of the ball mount is also perfect with enough resistance to prevent accidentally moving via the bumps in the road. And so far it hasn’t caused my iPhone 13 to overheat when charging.

Brilliantly Designed Accessory

Like every product in the mobile category, it is wonderfully designed for beauty and utility. Every time I get in my car, I hook my phone securely on the car mount without even looking. It integrates nicely on the center console. The phone has never fallen from the car mount despite the horrible roads we have in Quebec!

Best phone mount I’ve used

I’ve been using magnetic car phone mounts for a long time. While they’re very easy to use, I’ve never had one that I could trust to not fall off if the road was anything less than smooth. Since Peak Design’s mount and case are designed to work together, the strong magnets perfectly align and the bond is very secure. After using it for about a month now, I’m very confident my phone will stay attached. I was hesitant to pay this much for a phone mount and case, but I’m very glad I did. There’s something enjoyable in daily using something that’s well designed and high quality. You get what you pay for.

Best car mount on the market

I constantly purchase car mounts and over many years, I have only found a few that are even decent. This car mount wether the mount or the mount plus charger, paired with the phone case is by far the best on the market. You will be hard pressed to find a better quality product or anything that is even close in value. Do yourself a favor and stop being disappointed. Buy this mount and case today. In our state, we have cold winters and extremely hot summers, and we have had no issues with the mount staying right where we installed it.

Some things don't feel as polish as other products

the general build feels the same as other PD products, well build, good materials. But the two main concerns are the base and the charging. The charging you have to keep plugging and unplugging because it keeps heating up a lot the charging base and the iPhone. And the base, we followed all the process to get it stick properly, and it staid there for a while, but its been a few times not(very hot days) that from ones of the ends it gets a bit lose(we are worried that it might felt one day while driving)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
