So much easier!

I have been using the charging vent mount for a few weeks now, and it has been a pleasure to use. I have the charging version and I love being able to quickly attach my phone to the charger and vent at the same time (previously I had a spring loaded vent mount plus a charging cable to hook it up to every time). With this mount, I just place it on the mount and it is immediately connected and charging. The hold feels really secure, which is something I had been concerned about. I will say, the charge isn't nearly as fast as via the USB C port but it seems like that is normal for wireless chargers? I use this with a Mous case and they seem to be working great together!
I considered several other car mounts with the same functionality but ended up choosing this one in part due to the company reputation and guarantee, and also due to the fact that the charging cable isn't built in, so it can be replaced if it breaks without having to junk the entire device. Thank you Peak for this considerate design choice!

I purchased this mount about three weeks ago because I got tired of my phone falling off the last one. This one works extremely well, exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend it. My only issue was that I did not realize I was also buying the charger and it came with the wrong connecter cable for my phone. My fault.

Car vent mount

I bought the charging version for both my Toyota Tacoma and Highlander. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Install was less than five minutes. The instructions provided are easy to follow. The quality of the product shows. The magnetic locking mechanism, in combination with their phone case is very secure even on rough terrain and bumpy roads. I would definitely buy this again.

Great mount - Stable and low-profile

I have been using this with the Peak Design Case for my Pixel 7 pro and it is very solid. My previous mounts shook and came out a little too far making them too close to the side controls next to the steering wheel of my car. This sits close to the vent and has great stability!

Great Design Held Back by Vehicle Vent Variations

I was hoping to use this on one of the front mounts for my BMW X5. However these vents have multiple options to adjust the airflow. So I had to use a side vent near the door as these had simple slots which would provide a much more secure fit.
It will still work fine, just not where I was hoping to install this.
Also, I previously had the Peak Design Car Mount which uses a double backed adhesive. I have reinstalled this 3 times with new adhesive as heat causes it to come off the dash.

Bought this 2 months ago for my husband along with the everyday case so its compatible. A car vent mount never looked so stylish. Excellent. And the grip is just right for us.
