iPhone 15 Pro Max Experience

I wanted to love this mount, but it cannot hold the weight of an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Every time you take a corner, your phone goes flying across the car, which is incredibly frustrating, especially considering this is priced as a top-tier mount. It will charge your phone wirelessly and works great if you don’t plan on turning while driving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs Improvement

Design is elegant and blends well with the car interior. However, it does have several drawbacks in everyday usage. One notable issue is the magnetic hold, which performs adequately on smooth, paved roads but struggles on bumpier or uneven surfaces. This inconsistency can cause a regular sized phone (with PD case) to detach from the mount unexpectedly, which is both distracting and unsafe while driving.
Moreover, the locking mechanism tends to loosen over time. It often needs (just enough) readjustment to ensure the phone stays securely in place. This could be a potential nuisance, especially for those who frequently adjust their phones for different viewing angles.
The design is appalling but there is a need to address some concerns to reach its full potential. It's ideal for drivers who mostly travel on well-maintained roads but may require additional attention to the locking system over time.

Great but would love it with SlimLink

I bought this product a couple of months ago. It’s great but it could really use the PD SlimLink feature. It has a really brilliant vent clamp but could also Peak Design’s Slim Link. This is because on some occasions my iPhone max doesn’t quite get a proper magnetic hold and the phone can drop off when the car goes over a pot hole.

Was really needing something like this and it works pretty well. The only thing it needs is small grooves where it tightens to stay locked in place better. I’ve tightened it pretty good but a good bump in the road and these heavy plus sized phones and it will move over time. One thing to be aware of, if you don’t have a cigarette plug in your vehicle there may not be enough power to power the charger. I had to install a PD charger for it to work properly.

The better car mount

After buying the stick on car mount, and being extremely disappointed with the result, it's nice to have a mount that can actually utilize this case to it's full potential. It is strong, stable, and easy to adjust. The only limitation comes from the strength of the car vent blades. Stabilizing the hook on the center, seemed to yield the best result.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got the mount last week, I love it.
I am glad I waited and Peak delivered. Like others I did not have the space to stick the other mount in my car and the new mount solved that issue. It’s sturdy, I can lower/raise it, left or right side and angle it, what more do I need.
It is a bit pricey you get what you pay for and that is like all Peak products the quality is top notch and

GOAM - Greatest Of All Mounts!

So I really liked the regular mount but my car (Infiniti G37x 2010) has limited space on the dash to include it, so I had not installed it and was disappointed that I wasn't able to put it anywhere. When this mount came out I was super excited because I was finally able to add a peak design mount in my car without it looking jank (Messed up lol). At first I wasn't expecting it to revolutionize the experience but wow this mount really takes the cake. Everything about it screams quality and the tighten and loosen work really well. The mount doesn't wobble which is a big issue with vent mounts and the magnet strength is strong to keep the phone on but also not tough enough to get off. Overall this product is a winner, if your car doesn't have any space for the dash mount get this one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Probably a decent mount for most applications. Back hook arm wasn’t long enough for my vents.
