Great mount - Stable and low-profile

I have been using this with the Peak Design Case for my Pixel 7 pro and it is very solid. My previous mounts shook and came out a little too far making them too close to the side controls next to the steering wheel of my car. This sits close to the vent and has great stability!

Best concept on the market

This design is great. I absolutely love it. There are only two improvements I wish could happen. I wish the sliding top vent hook were metal instead of plastic (mine snapped in the first day). Secondly, I wish the length of the mount section were shorter (it does not fit for my shorter vents). So do your due diligence and actually measure your vent dimensions using what Peak Design provides in the listing. It’s worth the extra time.

Measuring Tip

Cut a piece of copy paper lengthwise into a 1/4” strip. Fold strip in half. Use 1 end to measure depth of vent and make a mark with a pencil. Unfold strip and align with your vents and mark each vent blade with your pencil to obtain the vent width.

Car vent mount

I bought the charging version for both my Toyota Tacoma and Highlander. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Install was less than five minutes. The instructions provided are easy to follow. The quality of the product shows. The magnetic locking mechanism, in combination with their phone case is very secure even on rough terrain and bumpy roads. I would definitely buy this again.

Probably a decent mount for most applications. Back hook arm wasn’t long enough for my vents.

Amazing fit/finish, but...

I've never seen such a quality vent mount. The fit/finish and engineering were truly impressive. Unfortunately, it didn't work in my car. I have a Mazda CX-5 and the air vent is a bit recessed. Therefore, there is a small lip that sticks out past the vent. The bracket on the mount would hit the vent so you couldn't adjust the vent up or down. For this reason, I had to return it.

Best MagSafe Charger I've Used

This is one of the most solidly built chargers I've used. The MagSafe connects easily and holds really well. My only advice is to read the compatibility chart on Peak Design's website to make sure your vent works the the mount.

With the arm could be longer

I think the product has the right idea, but the execution is bit short.
The difference design of air vent of difference cars can be enormous challenge, but the product fell short on just with the normal vent but with angel ( the vent lean a bit backward like this "\" ) so after you extend the arm you support to make the phone face straight up. But it turn out that the bottom part of the phone is tangle with the vent (see photo)

It make the phone doesn't face the driver with perfect angel. I hope there could be a solution for this with some additional accessories !
