[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a quality built window AC unit, then you have come to the right place. It includes everything you need for installing it into your window opening, so no need to have to buy anything extra. Works great with Alexa or the included remote control that comes with it. This unit was very well thought out when they made it. It cools very cold and will keep up or help cool down your rooms. You are getting your money's worth with this unit and it won't let you down.

We installed it in our bedroom, which is in the back portion of our home, because it tends to get warmer back there. I love being able to use it with my Alexa! It was super easy to install. It is so quiet compared to any unit we have ever used in our bedroom. I love how quickly it cooled off the back of our house. It is compact and modern looking in design and so easy to use. It has been warmer than usual so we had to turn it on before I expected to, this unit is going to be a lifesaver in the summer months! We are very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up for my house for when summer rolls around,looks very clean and seems to be very well built, i really like the idea of being able to still open the window when the unit is in place, other than there will be no screen because i will have to take the screen out for the unit to fit, i will be making some sort of temp screen for this tho, i have not tried the unit as it is still in the low 20s and low 30s here where i am, but as soon as those 80-90 degree days hit it will be put to the test for sure.i would recommend this unti to anyone looking for a new ac unit, and being able to control it with our other smart devices makes it that much better.

Installation was very easy. Fits perfect!!! After conecting to the the app, very easy to use and regulate this!! Loving it!! Highly recommend this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the TCL Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner. We installed this in our work room so that it’s not hot during the warmer weather while my husband is working in there. I was so excited to be able to use the voice control to connect with Alexa, which connected very easily. The installation process was really easy and my husband and I were able to install it together without any problems. The unit is quiet compared to previous window units I’ve had. We’ve had some pretty warm weather recently, and the unit cooled the space quickly! We are very happy with the look, the quality, and the efficiency of this air conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Albeit that it is currently winter and we're in no dire need for air-conditioning at the moment, I had to set this up just for testing purposes. From the pictures, its gorgeous! Can an air conditioner be deemed gorgeous? This one is. What drew me to it is how refined it is: sleek, elegant, aesthetically appealing. It sold me on the "quiet" part. I think that anyone who uses an AC unit shares the same sentiments: AC's are so darn loud. This Q-series delivers with just a delicate hum-just enough resonance to let you know its on. I don't think we'll have any issues with raising the tv volume to accommodate the droning like we had to last spring/summer with our old unit. The air quality is impeccable, too. At 8,000 Btu's it cooled off the living room pretty quickly. Well worth it!

Great AC unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's important to check to make sure the size will work in whatever room you are trying to cool. Now, It's not hot right now. Actually, it's rather cold. So I had to do my best to test this unit. Instalation is pretty standard. If you've installed one before, you'll have no problem with this one. I haven't had to buy a new one in years, so the one I had already was fairly archaic compared to this one. It allows you to control it with an app, so you can make sure it only runs when you are on your way home from work or school, saving you money. It seems like a solid option to cool any modest size room. Highly recommend!
