Perfect upright freezer for our needs!

We lost a lot of food when our previous freezer died - we had no idea until we opened it. This freezer has the perfect amount of shelves inside and bins on the door. Very happy with this freezer!

Confusing maintanence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air filter started making noise. I ordered one. Opened the cover, no air filter installed and styrofoam behind where the filter would go. Also had styrofoam in the recess above the filter. Not in the manual.

This model freezer does not feature an air filter in the design. We do not recommend removing any styrofoam from the appliance as it is there to direct air flow throughout the appliance.

Perfect size!

A fantastic upgrade from a chest freezer

Energy efficient

Lots of space and the door shelves do not have gaps making it easier to store smaller items without them fall out. The unit is incredibly energy efficient. After a full month of use our electric bill only went up $2.

PERFECT FOR US

I apprciate the "floor power on indicator" which is a night light for us. The door alarm is a bonus for us too. And this freezer is FROSTFREE. HOORAY!!!!!!!
