not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] stopped working within two weeks of delivery. everything in upper 2/3 defrosted and had to be discarded. repairman said it could be a month before a new fan was in stock, this sucks.

The delivery guys switched the door which is what they were supposed to do, and the DOSE CLOSE PROPERLY. You need to fix this problem!!!!! The phone number that was given to call someone at frigidaire to fix issue was the wrong number.

Haven’t been able to use

Purchased on August 29th, delivered on September 4th. Had a defective door gasket. Still waiting for replacement gasket to show up. Haven’t been able to use it yet.

Never worked on receipt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the freezer, the compressor never worked on receipt and the freezer never got cold. Could not return to the point of purchase. Had to wait (still waiting) for a service technician. Given the cost and poor product quality, I would not recommend the unit.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was finally able to get an upright freezer, everywhere is having significant delays right now. This is a great upright freezer. I placed it in the garage and plugged it in and within three hours the thermometer I placed in it was at below zero. This freezer is able to maintain inside temperature even when the garage is open and it’s 90 degrees outside (we have had a few warm days). Keeps all the meats frozen and is very quiet.
