Great freezer for my garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer to replace a small, 40+ year old, chest freezer in my garage. I decided to go with an upright freezer because I was tired of digging through blocks of ice in the bottom of the chest freezer. This freezer looks like it will do very nicely. It's a bit bigger than the chest freezer. It's well constructed. The shelves are heavy gauge wire and can be moved, or removed, according to our needs. The door bins are also generously sized and well placed. This freezer should be able to hold our Thanksgiving turkey, and all the Christmas cookies my wife and her sister care to bake. As a bonus, my steady state electrical usage appears to have gone down a bit. I'm on solar/batter, so that is good.

Everything We Wanted

The new freezer is exactly what we hoped it would be. We went many, many years since we owned a freezer. This upright allows us to separate all of the products and can easily inventory what we have or need.

I love the size of this freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a chest freezer which was so hard to keep bending over to get the food from the bottom of it. I love that this freezer allows me to organize food much better and even has a light on the bottom to let me know it's on and working. I think there's an alarm for that too.

I like that I can see where every thing is in the freezer and I don't have to take everything out of the chest freezer just to find something. I love my new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm loving my new freezer. It is extremely quiet, even after I've had the door open and closed. If it didn't have the power on light (which I really like) I wouldn't even know it was running. I greatly appreciated the fact that the door was built to open from both sides as I needed it to open from the right to left rather than typical left to right. It has a lot of room and I think one of my favorite features is that the shelves on the door don't have a large opening at the bottom of it so things don't slide out and fall down. I can't put freezer pops in my refrigerator freezer because they fall out of the gap at the bottom of the door shelf, doesn't happen in my Frigidaire freezer. I would definitely recommend this freezer to my friends.
